I've had pets of my own for many years, including my cat Dot who passed in 2014 and my dog of 14 years Coconut, who I lost in 2026. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
