About: Hi, I’m Hannah — a lifelong lover of animals big or small, furry or feathered, shy or spirited! I have a B.S. in Zoology from Michigan State University and years of hands-on experience caring for animals in a multitude of environments. I gained experience at home with two beloved family dogs before working as a pet sitter, walker, and trainer around my neighborhood. From there, I volunteered to care for both cats and dogs at Help From My Friends Pet Crisis Center in Michigan and at Crazy Horse Rescue Ranch in California. I follow your instructions closely from feeding schedules to medications to walks or quiet time so your pet feels secure and at ease. I’m mindful of your home and always make sure doors, gates, and leashes are secure. About: As someone who likes to travel, I know the anxiety of being away from your beloved pet. I myself have a rescue cat and older dog. I have windows of open availability throughout the day, depending on location. I am will to drive to most places within Manatee County. I consider myself a person that dog and cats find approachable. I do not pressure them and allow pets to find their comfortable space with me. Whether that is how I approach or speak to a pet. I many times will allow them to smell me, when they are ready. I find it very important to build trust.
