“After never having spent even one night alone in our Florida home, a family matter took us out of state and we had to leave our cat alone for 5 days/4 nights. We were very anxious to leave our kitty alone but felt confident all would be okay after meeting Carolina. She was on time for all visits, spent time with our shy kitty and gave us reports with pictures after every visit. We came home to a well-fed and content kitty --- and clean eating and litter areas. Would definitely recommend Carolina and hire again!”

“This has been a wonderful experience for both Mishu and I. Lisa and her daughter Aeryin could not have been more attentive to all of my cat’s needs. I was sent daily updates with pictures, which I loved. Mishu got to try new activities and even bonded with the other animals at Lisa’s house. My cat came home looking calm and happy! I’m so pleased with this experience and we would definitely love to repeat it. I recommend Lisa and Matthew as excellent and responsible pet sitters.”

About: I am a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes and breeds. Since I was a teenager, I’ve provided dog-sitting services for friends and family, gaining valuable experience with everything from crate training to administering medication for pets with medical needs. I’ve cared for dogs with mobility challenges and understand the patience and compassion they require. Whether it’s an energetic puppy or a senior dog needing extra support, I’m comfortable and confident in providing attentive care. As a retired teacher, I have a very flexible schedule, allowing me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the dogs in my care. Being retired gives me the flexibility to fully dedicate time each day to caring for pets—whether it’s going on walks, feeding, playing, or simply offering companionship. I truly enjoy building routines that help pets feel comfortable, loved, and well cared for. For client home sitting, I’m happy to care for pets in the comfort of their own surroundings, with a preference for homes located throughout the greater Sarasota area, including the islands. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, loving environment alongside my own friendly golden retriever and two healthy, well-socialized cats, so visiting pets must be comfortable with other animals. My home features a fenced-in backyard, perfect for play and exercise, in a quiet family neighborhood in the heart of Sarasota. For client home sitting, I’m happy to care for pets in the comfort of their own surroundings, with a preference for homes located throughout the greater Sarasota area, including the islands.

About: I've been around and taken care of dogs since I was very little. When my grandma lived close she would ask if I could walk her puppy. I always loved the time I got to spend with this animal so full of life. I recently got asked by a friend to watch her cat for a week and the bond we created was undeniable. I've also recently taken care of a four month old puppy over a weekend. Lots of walks and play time but I really loved my time with this sweet and energetic puppy. I'm currently a ballet dancer with the Sarasota Cuban Ballet School so my mornings are usually booked on the weekdays. This is liable to change for a couple of weeks in November as we will be switching to evenings but other than that my schedule is consistent. On the weekends I'm free all day unless specified otherwise and on weekdays I'm available after 3 pm. My house might not be available to these animals but I'm sure them being in their own home will be a lot less overstimulating for them when meeting a new person. I will take care of your dog or cat however they need or what you the owner are comfortable with.

“Jessica was great with the cats. She followed the directions we left for her and the cats warmed up to her quickly. Would definitely recommend and rebook her for future trips.”

“Helena house sat and watched my cat Lola over the holidays. Lola is very shy and hides more than she is visible. I was thankful to have Helena be so patient with her. I will definitely have her come again and recommend her very highly.”

About: I'm in school learning to become a Veterinary Technician. I previously worked as a Veterinarian's Assistant at Desoto Animal Clinic, handling patients during exams and vaccinations, taking their vitals, keeping kennels clean and taking patients outside for potty. Looking to make some money to go towards vet med school! No better way than doing what I love most; loving on animals💞 Every morning I take my dog for a walk before going to work; where I feed/exercise/bathe boarded dogs. I live in an apartment complex and when I take my Cooper for walks, every neighbor knows him and stops to scratch his booty. He loves to sunbathe on our patio and watch the birds and squirrels. His favorite color is pink and he gets scared by his own toots.

About: I’ve grown up around animals all my life. My grandma was a vet tech for 20 years so I’ve seen and learned some stuff from her. I have open availability to everything. I’m currently available at anytime of the day and any day of the week. I can come multiple times a day or stay the night at a clients house. I follow the rules a client will give me. Usually anything on the list of stuff a client gives you will cover everything but if I have further questions or concerns, I will reach out to the client and ask them.

“Kim is fantastic. We will definitely be requesting her in the future for our pet sitting needs- Foofs (our cat) was very comfortable with her and we felt safe having her look after him. 10/10 recommend”
