“From the moment Amelia met my dogs during our meet-and-greet, it was obvious that she was very comfortable with pets, which was extremely important to me. She was punctual for both the meet-and-greet and every visit, followed all of the instructions, and communicated very well throughout. Most importantly, my dogs were comfortable with her, and I felt they received genuinely kind, attentive, and caring care. I will definitely be using Amelia again for my future pet-sitting needs and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable pet sitter.”

“Great sitter!! Pleasant. Communicative and personable. Very flexible with her schedule. Always checking in and checking out! — sent a lot of pictures. Highly recommended. Will use her again!”

“Our dog was in good hands while we were out of town. We needed help several times a day for our golden’s bathroom breaks and meals. We will absolutely utilize her services again in the future. Thanks so much Briana!!”
“I can’t thank Sofia enough for being so flexible and accommodating. My plans changed unexpectedly, and I had to adjust the schedule for her visits, but she adapted without any issues and was incredibly helpful every step of the way. She kept me updated on my dog the entire time with photos and detailed notes, which made me feel so relieved and at ease. Since it was my first time using Rover, I was a little nervous, but Sofia made the whole experience wonderful. I honestly recommend her 100%! She is responsible, reliable, and truly committed to the pets she cares for. I will definitely book with her again! Thanks so much 💙”

“Emma is the BEST! She was available extremely last minute when my husband and I had to go out of town for a family emergency. She still found time in her day to make sure she did a meet and greet to meet our babies before we left. The whole time we were away she was sending us pictures and staying in communication with us so we knew our fur babies were in good hands. Leaving your pets while traveling can be stressful but Emma truly made sure we had nothing to worry about! We have a newly diagnosed diabetic cat and she made sure he got his insulin twice a day. Your pets are in great hands with Emma, and I cannot recommend her enough!”

“First time using Rover and Alexi was excellent, we will definitely book with her again. She was always on time, sent pics and provided feedback to reassure us she was doing ok. Thanks Lexi!”

“Carolina did a drop-in visit for my 12-year-old cat. She was very communicative and sent cute pictures of Digby. I would recommend her to anyone needing a drop-in visit for their fur babies (:”

“Nicole was absolutely amazing. Words cannot express how grateful we are for Nicole to accommodate her time for our puppy Mimi’s needs. Mimi loved meeting with Nicole, and their adventures and pics showed how happy and well taken care of Mimi was in Nicole’s care. Nicole took the time to send us updates and pictures on her time with Mimi. Her pics were way better than any I have taken. She was very flexible with her time and was always on time for pet sitting. What an amazing experience we had meeting and working with Nicole, and Mimi just absolutely loved Nicole. Highly recommended, your fur baby will be in the best caring hands.”

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with years of experience caring for dogs, cats, and other pets of all kinds. I take pride in being a responsible, dependable sitter who treats every pet like family. As a local resident and mom to a sweet 4-year-old daughter who also adores animals, our home is full of love, care, and gentle energy. I understand how important it is to know your furry family members are in safe, capable hands, and I always go the extra mile to make sure they’re happy, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. Whether it’s morning walks, playtime in the afternoon, or evening cuddles, I always make time for animals throughout the day. My daughter and I love spending time with pets, so caring for them fits seamlessly into our family’s rhythm. I’m used to feeding schedules, walks, administering basic care, and giving plenty of attention and love. Because I work locally and have a flexible schedule, I’m able to devote consistent time and energy to each pet I watch, making sure their needs are always met and they feel safe and happy. In my home, pets enjoy plenty of space to play and relax — I have a large home and a fully fenced backyard that’s perfect for safe outdoor time. I keep to each pet’s usual routine with regular walks, feeding, and lots of love and attention. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow all instructions carefully to make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. No matter where I’m watching them, I treat every pet like part of the family.

I currently work a few days a week in a resturant,so depending on when you need me, and how long you need me to stay, we can work with anything you need! A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
