About: I recently lost my puppy after 7 years, and I had experience watching and dog sitting in my neighborhood, taking my dog and other dogs on walks all the time, watching my friends and families dogs, and I want to have more time around dogs again with my dog khaleesi now being gone. I am not a dog trainer, but I’ve been around dogs my entire life. They have always been a key part in my life and I want to be able to continue making positive memories with all sorts of dogs for the rest of my life! I am currently a student at Oakland University for exercise science and pre Physical Therapy. I am also working part time for a sales company called cutco, but I have control of my schedule and can work virtual or in person. I have experience with a electric fence, and if not fenced walking with a leash is no problem for me, I’m very good with crating dogs if needed, but I will not crate them unless it is crate worthy, like if they got slight aggressive, but I do not like to crate if it’s not needed. I will take on walks at minimum once a day and will walk however long the dog seems to need to be walked to get out there zoomies energy. I can feed whenever they usually eat, and always have fresh water for them. I can bathe them as well, but I’m not a pro at it by any means. I also allow pets on couches or beds of any sort, but if they aren’t allowed to be then I can follow that rule with no problem.

About: I am a Michigan transplant and an animal person with years of experience, including as petsitter, aquarist, veterinarian technician, field scientist, and farmer. Mia has anxiety separation issues which Kristen handled really well. Mia typically isn’t a good eater, but Kristen was able to get Mia to eat her meals. I am very pleased with Mia’s stay and will book with Kristen again.
Lia and Jonathan came through like champs! I only gave them a 1 day notice and they were gracious enough to fit Rogue in for the weekend. Kseniia (and Troy) are always so accommodating and great with my dog. He’s a little quirky, and they are always willing to try different things to make him feel comfortable and cared for. Communication is excellent—they keep me updated and are very attentive. The last time he stayed with them, they let me know he had been shaking his head and thought he might have a bit of an ear infection. Sure enough, he did. I was so grateful they noticed and told me right away. It gives me real peace of mind knowing he is with people who genuinely care and pay attention. I highly recommend Kseniia.
