As a lifelong dog lover who works from home, your pup will never be left alone, they get real, attentive companionship all day, every day. With 15 years of experience, I’ve cared for dogs of every personality, from couch-cuddling seniors to high-energy adventurers and I’m fully comfortable administering medications and managing any special health needs. Whether you need daily walks, drop-in visits, or overnight stays, I tailor everything to what makes your dog happiest. I’ll keep you updated with photos, videos and check-ins every step of the way, so you can relax knowing they’re in great hands. MEET AND GREETS: I always welcome meet and greets, your comfort and your dog's comfort matter to me! To keep things running smoothly for both of us, all meet and greets are kept to under 20 minutes. This allows me to stay on schedule while coordinating care for multiple families and my returning clients. It's a quick, low-pressure visit so your pup and I can meet and you can ask any questions before booking. Just reach out and we'll find a time that works! ONE ON ONE CARE/ NO MIXED HOUSEHOLD: I take pride in offering dedicated, one on one care for every dog in my home. I do not host pets from multiple different families at the same time only your animal (or animals!) will have my full, undivided attention throughout their stay. If you have multiple pets, absolutely bring them all! I'm happy to care for your whole crew together. The one-household policy simply means your pets are never mixed with unfamiliar animals from other families, keeping the environment calm, safe, and stress-free. QUESTIONS ABOUT RATES? My pricing reflects the level of care your pet actually receives. Because I only take one family at a time, your dog isn't sharing my attention with a house full of strangers' pets, they get a personal, attentive experience from drop-off to pick-up. You're not paying for a spot in a group setting. You're paying for individualized care, a calm and focused environment, and a sitter who is fully present for your pet. BEYOND DOGS: I've cared for more than just dogs and cats! I have experience with exotic animals including ferrets and other small pets. Alexis is the best dog sitter we’ve ever had for our dogs. She has watched our dogs a few times and each time is always awesome. Alexis and her husband treat our dogs like their own dogs and our dog’s love going to see them and don’t want to leave usually lol. We get daily pictures and updates which we always appreciate especially seeing how well she takes care of our dogs. We highly highly recommend Alexis!!
Alexis was amazing with Apollo! She sent multiple pictures every day and always responded quickly, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away in Italy. Apollo isn’t great with other dogs, so having Alexis care for him one-on-one was the perfect option. I could tell he was happy and well cared for the whole time. Highly recommend her!
So grateful that Alexis was available incredibly last minute to board my dog Harley for the weekend! She did really great with him and provided such a nice home for him while I was away. As the owner of a pretty reactive pup, I can be a little paranoid about leaving him but I would absolutely leave him in her hands again. I really appreciate that I got photos and videos of him regularly, it made the whole weekend stress free! Thanks Lexi!
This is our dogs second stay with Alexis. She takes the best care of our dogs. They’re walked daily, they get to have some play time, they’re fed on there schedule and we get pictures daily. Our dogs love staying with Alexis so much that they don’t want to leave.
Lexi kept in touch with pics and videos and took excellent care of my fur baby, who was a confused old girl sometimes with me gone so long, but Lexi worked with her through it all, with positivity and good humor. 😊 Highly recommend!
