About: I’ve been a dog owner for years and have cared for pups at every stage of life—from energetic puppies to senior dogs who needed extra patience, gentleness, and consistency. I’ve raised one dog through his puppy years and lovingly supported two others through their golden years, so I’m comfortable with training basics, routines, mobility changes, medications, and slower-paced walks when needed. Over the years, friends have trusted me with their dogs while they travel, and now that I have more space in my home—and a large, fully fenced yard—I’m excited to do this regularly. My dog, Ochosi, and I love getting outside for long walks and hikes, and I’m happy to tailor activity levels to each dog’s age, energy, and needs—whether that means an adventurous trail day or a cozy afternoon of cuddles. As a bonus, my roommate is also a longtime dog lover and former dog owner, so your pup will get extra attention and affection beyond just me and Ochosi. Between our household, your dog will be surrounded by care, play, and consistency while you’re away. As an empowerment coach, I work mostly from home, which allows me to be present with the dogs I care for throughout the day. I do have occasional workshops, classes, and client visits that take me out of the house part-time, but I always plan my schedule carefully so pups get plenty of attention, potty breaks, walks, and companionship. Whether caring for your dog in my home or yours, I focus on keeping routines consistent, energy balanced, and tails wagging. I tailor walks, playtime, and downtime to each pup’s age and personality—from adventurous hikes to gentle strolls and cozy evenings. With a big fenced yard for safe outdoor play, plenty of affection from me, Ochosi, and my dog-loving roommate, and regular photo updates for you, your dog will feel secure, happy, and right at home.

About: English/Japanese bilingual I love dogs. Mine lived to 19 and I miss her so much. I would love to help you care for yours! When I'm with your dog, I'm fully present, calm and patient. I'm attentive to what they need and notice the little things: when they seem anxious, when they need a slower pace, when they just want to sit close to someone or need their space. I won't just look after your dog — I will try my best to tune into what they're feeling and respond to it. I'm new to Rover and have cared for my own dogs rather than many, but I am communicative, responsive, and open to feedback. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns! I am currently between jobs and have a pretty flexible schedule, but prefer to work weekdays - as long as I know ahead of time, I can work around yours. I will be respectful of your space, attentive to your pet's needs, and mindful of any notes you share with me ahead of time.

About: I grew up with a dog that we lost at age 15, then I adopted a senior dog who I had for five years afterward. He had a variety of health issues I had to administer medication for, including epilepsy and arthritis. In March of 2024, I adopted a puppy, so I now have experience with younger dogs as well. I allow drop off/pickup between 8AM and 8PM. I work from home full time, M-F from 9AM - 6PM. I can take your dog out to pee numerous times throughout the day and can take them on longer walks 1-2 times per day, weather permitting. I only board dogs who are fully house trained and can be left alone for a few hours at a time as I do not offer constant care. Please bring all of your dog’s supplies as I live in an apartment and don’t have extras: food, bed, treats, bowls, toys, chews/enrichment, leash and collar, and anything else you want to send them with to feel comfortable. I have poop bags and some toys they can share with my dog. I can only accept bookings with dogs who are friendly with others, as I have a dog of my own. If they do not seem comfortable together I have a baby gate I can use to separate them. My dog stays in her crate whenever I leave my home. Please note that I do not let dogs I am sitting sleep in my bedroom so they will be sleeping by themselves in whatever bed or crate you provide in my living room.

About: I spend time with dogs at my job on a daily. Though I work in a shoe store, I walk them and make sure they are being fed and loved properly. I also make sure they don’t chew the shoes we sell :D I am working part time so I hope to take care of your pets on the weekend and on some week days but I will be sure to make this as purposeful as it is to have a pet; another member of the family. My house is extremely spacious as it barely has rooms connected through doors, but rather wide entrances, not to mention a long downstairs basement newly renovated perfect for your pet to have an adventure in. And of course a comfortable back and front yard for your pet to roam freely but looked over at all times.

About: I’ve cared for dogs with a range of personalities and energy levels, from playful puppies who need lots of exercise to older dogs who prefer slower walks and plenty of attention. I make sure each pet’s feeding, walking, and play routine is followed closely and keep owners updated with photos throughout their pet’s care. Punctual, gentle, patient, and dependable. Typically will be able to spend at least 30 minutes with your pet for a drop in visit and more if they need to be walked, or watched for longer. Flexible with timing. I’m currently in grad school and have a flexible schedule to provide care for your pet, whether it’s a drop in visit or a walk. I focus on creating a safe, comfortable, and stress free environment. I follow each pet’s routine and the owner’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any other specific needs. I’m attentive to their behavior and surroundings and make sure doors, gates and other areas are secure to prevent accidents or escapes. I treat every client’s home with the same care and respect I would want for my own, and I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident that your pet is safe and happy while you’re away.

About: I have raised my two cats Ginger and Marble since they were a few weeks old, and they are 8 now. While I’m away at school (Babson College in Wellesley), I miss my cats and would love to take care of your pets. I often take care of my cousins’ dogs, and my girlfriend’s dogs as well. I schedule my life around the needs of your pets. My classes are from Monday - Thursday in the afternoon, so I can walk pets in the morning or evening every day. Walking is one of my favorite pastimes so I can spend a lot of time outdoors with your pets if they like that. I feed my cats a variety of cat foods and real natural foods, and will care for yours however you prefer. Also, I refill the water for pets often so they have fresh water, and my cats like to drink straight from the sink. Also, I am very tidy, and will make sure your house stays very clean.

About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was 10 when I got my dog. I joined Rover 3 years ago and have experience walking, feeding, playing with, and caring for various types of dogs. I care for every dog as if they're my own! I just got home from college and am looking to make some money as I take a remote class this summer. It is nice because someone is always here and the dogs get a ton of attention. My name is Hope Landow-Schnur and I adore dogs. I raised my own dogs for over 14+ years - Bailey and Jango. Everyone that knows me, knows that I am the ultimate pet lover and treated my dogs as well as my children. We have a nice home in River Vale, NJ with a huge 6' high fenced in yard. I am married with triplets - 22 years old and they love playing with our guest dogs. I have my own big crate set up (only if you crate your dog) and ready to welcome your dog(s) into my home when you need to be away overnight or for an extended period of time. I will do my best to keep your treasured pet on their own schedule with feedings, playtime and time outside running around the back yard or if you prefer, walks only. I've made floor dogs into lap dogs, they get extra spoiled with me! You will also get lots of photos & updates when you are away. I just recently changed my setting to small to medium dogs if you are a repeat customer and can not find me on line. I'm also available for dog day care in my home if my calendar is free.
