“Crystal took such good care of our puppy who has anxiety when in new situations- her whole family was understanding and gave him tons of loving. Also, he is on a special diet and she made sure he only ate what we gave and correct amount so he didn't get sick. She even watched him two extra days when we gave late notice which helped us out a lot. “We cannot say enough about Katelyn and how she took such excellent care of our Charlie. She treated him like he was her own baby. She sent us so many pictures so we felt great while we were away. I cannot thank her enough! Charlie definitely fell in love with her. When we came today to get him, he seemed sad to leave her. Charlie obviously had a wonderful time! We left our young (11month) pup with Megan and her hubby. We did a meet and greet beforehand to see if it was good fit all round. We felt very comfortable leaving the pup with Megan. We did a one-nighter, just to see how it would go - I think the pup has some separation anxiety (away from hubby). But she did well I think, they have a great back yard for dogs - very safe and secure - and toys. And I believe they were playing with the pup before hubby picked her up next day - she was very happily pooped when he brought her home. Megan did tell us that the pup was crying through the night and they ended up having to put her on their bed to sleep for the night. I feel so bad about that - sorry Megan! But other than the pup and her anxiety at night (without us, as she’s used to), she did great. We feel really good about leaving her now in safe hands whenever we’re out of town traveling. Very nice couple. Safe house, great for the pup - lots of freedom and very comfortable for the pup. Would definitely recommend. We’ll definitely use again in the future. Thank you Megan and Jeff (and I hope I got hubby’s name right!). :)
I instantly felt that Pepper was in good hands with Taylor and Toby. Very professional, yet it still felt like I was leaving Pepper with family. Such a great environment and area of town to leave your pet. Taylor graciously and warmly accommodated my trip on short notice. I am very grateful. Definitely recommend.
