George took the time to meet us in person, and then again on a video chat, to make sure they understood exactly what our needs were and how to handle Alegria's medications. George was on time, asked questions during the stay as needed, followed the directions carefully, took photos regularly (and on request, when I just had to see them!), focused on providing love and care for my girls, and on top of that, left my house neat and tidy.
