About: I’ve had a dog pretty much my whole life, so I’m very used to taking care of them and being around them every day. I also spend a lot of time around my girlfriend’s cat and help take care of her, so I’m comfortable with both dogs and cats. I genuinely love animals and I’m someone you can trust to make sure your pet is well taken care of and gets plenty of attention while you’re away. I’m a commuter engineering student at Stony Brook, so I have a pretty flexible schedule and spend a lot of my week at home. Most days I’m only on campus for a few hours at a time, and I’m free all day on Saturdays. I do have an occasional longer class day, but even then I’m able to plan around your pet’s schedule. A lot of my schoolwork is done on my laptop, so when I’m pet sitting I’m happy to study and do my work from your home, which means I can spend plenty of time with your pet throughout the day. I also usually go to a local gym for about an hour and a half in the evening, but otherwise I’m around and can be pretty flexible. I’ll follow whatever routine you already have for your pet so they can stay as comfortable as possible while you’re away. I’m active and in good shape, so I’m more than happy to take dogs on long walks or give them as much exercise as they’re used to. I can handle feeding, walks, playtime, bathroom breaks, litter boxes, and whatever else is part of their normal routine. I’m also completely comfortable sleeping with your pets if that’s what they’re used to, or giving them their own space so it’s really whatever you and your pet are most comfortable with. I’m happy to send pictures and updates too so you know they’re doing well.

Monday to Friday for about an hour either in the morning or night. Saturday is boxing in the morning. In my home and my clients’ homes, I focus on giving pets a safe, comfortable, and calm environment where they can relax and feel at ease. I pay close attention to their routines, personality, and any special needs so they always feel cared for and understood. I keep a clean space, make sure doors and gates are secure, and always supervise play—especially with high-energy dogs. Whether your pet is shy, playful, or needs extra support, I adjust to their pace so they feel confident and comfortable. I’m also very communication-focused. You’ll receive regular updates, photos, and videos so you always know how your pet is doing and can feel connected while you’re away. About: I've had ample experience pet sitting for friends, family, and neighbors. My experience includes working as a vet assistant at a clinic for cats. I also have experience giving medication to pets (one of my own cats requires daily shots). I am in school part time, so I have lots of availability. About: Born dog person, with over 25 years experience. Big, small, old, young, no breeds are turned down. Weekends are preferable, but weekdays can be arranged as well! I have a job but I make my own schedule, so any dogs I have receive full attention. I can come in and out of my home all day if necessary. I have a fenced in yard with two medium sized friendly dogs which provide a great arena for play time. Frequent walks and/or runs will keep your dog happy and calm as well.
