About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life. I used to take care of my friends cat and all my friends and family had dogs but I unfortunately never had a dog of my own so taking care of others pets grew my love for animals. I would just love more opportunities to be surrounded by animals and take care of these amazing pals. I am someone you can trust and is reliable. I will treat your pet like my own. I can help with all needs:) I am a student and a science researcher but I am available daily early mornings and evening afternoons most often after 5:30pm. Any questions or requests you can message me and I can see if I can accommodate:) In a clients home, I would make sure to ask what is allowed and isn’t allowed for your animal friend, so I know what they are, and are not supposed to do in order to properly respect your home. I would make sure to go over your preferred feeding schedule and snack preferences as not to change in animals routine. My main goal is to make the owner as comfortable with me, taking care of their pet as themselves or a close friend.

About: I’ve had a dog pretty much my whole life, so I’m very used to taking care of them and being around them every day. I also spend a lot of time around my girlfriend’s cat and help take care of her, so I’m comfortable with both dogs and cats. I genuinely love animals and I’m someone you can trust to make sure your pet is well taken care of and gets plenty of attention while you’re away. I’m a commuter engineering student at Stony Brook, so I have a pretty flexible schedule and spend a lot of my week at home. Most days I’m only on campus for a few hours at a time, and I’m free all day on Saturdays. I do have an occasional longer class day, but even then I’m able to plan around your pet’s schedule. A lot of my schoolwork is done on my laptop, so when I’m pet sitting I’m happy to study and do my work from your home, which means I can spend plenty of time with your pet throughout the day. I also usually go to a local gym for about an hour and a half in the evening, but otherwise I’m around and can be pretty flexible. I’ll follow whatever routine you already have for your pet so they can stay as comfortable as possible while you’re away. I’m active and in good shape, so I’m more than happy to take dogs on long walks or give them as much exercise as they’re used to. I can handle feeding, walks, playtime, bathroom breaks, litter boxes, and whatever else is part of their normal routine. I’m also completely comfortable sleeping with your pets if that’s what they’re used to, or giving them their own space so it’s really whatever you and your pet are most comfortable with. I’m happy to send pictures and updates too so you know they’re doing well.

“We had Kelly come dog sit in January for a week. She was amazing! Very comforting for us that my dog, Sophie, would be cared for in my home. Sophie is normally an anxious dog. While Kelly was with her, Sophie was completely fine. I really enjoyed the photos of Sophie that Kelly sent me during her stay. About: I’m the person that family and friends go to when they want advice on how to teach dogs fun tricks. Also, I’m really good at telling dogs breeds apart which is fun when I’m out. I work part time on weekends and have classes early in the morning. So the rest of my time can be spent with your babies aka your pets. I have a big backyard that’s fenced in and all three of my dogs don't care for other dogs. As my two newest are shelter dogs I wont accept pets at my home for the time being. Im very patient with animals as I’m the one that cares for my dogs. I treat animals almost similarly to children as thats how I see my own.

About: Hi everyone! I wanted to get started on Rover because I have experience watching friends, family, and neighbors dogs and I would love to meet some more furry friends! My first job was working at a vets office walking the dogs in the back and since then I have been walking dogs and dog-sitting around my neighborhood. I also grew up with my amazing dog Maddie, so I understand your pets are more then animals they are truly family. I love creating a calm, loving and happy environment for your babies. I can't wait to meet them! I'm currently working part-time so I have a very flexible schedule. I am able go over and take care of them any date, time, or holiday. Dog Walks- Reliable exercise with care and attention. Check Ins- Feeding, playtime, or quick potty breaks I always want to provide a safe and loving environment. About: I have taken care dogs . Since I was 12 people rely on me trust me with there fur babies.i m a dog lover . I wake up early to take them to walk and make sure there water bowl is ready and there food too! This way they will be happy and ready for naps ! I go to client house and play with them outside in fenced yard or take them for walks and come back give them treat or food whatever is clients preferences .

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs (and other animals!) for many years. Family, friends, and co-workers have relied on me to watch and care for their pets whether it’s walking, feeding, playing, even taking them to the vet. I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes and ages, from senior bull mastiffs to pugs under a year old. There is no dog too big or too small because they’re all perfect to me. I’ve also found lost dogs and helped them return to their owners! I have experience caring for anxious dogs, blind dogs, deaf dogs, dogs with mobility issues, and dogs that require medication. Other animals I’ve taken care of include: cats, parrots, guinea pigs, fish, rabbits, and hamsters. Pets are so precious, they’re such an important source of joy in their family’s lives so it’s such a privilege to be trusted with their care!! :) Pet sitting is currently my full time job, so I have lots of time to give your animals the special care and attention they deserve! I have a fenced in yard which is perfect for dogs to run around in. I also have a car so I’m able to take dogs to the dog park or dog beaches nearby (if that’s something they would enjoy). At a client’s house I still follow any guidance/schedule given to me. In between I typically take the dog’s lead. I’m at their house so it’s important to me that I respect their space (and the clients above all)! I like to take their cues to make sure that their sense of routine isn’t disrupted.

About: I’ve always loved animals and grew up surrounded by pets. My parents bred Pomeranians, and as a teen I had a Sheltie who I absolutely adored. Over the years, I’ve cared for friends’, coworkers’, and even my boss’s pets while they were away, making sure they stayed on schedule with meals, exercise, and attention. Last year, I took a sabbatical during which I traveled the country largely through pet sitting. During that experience, I cared for a wide variety of pets—from young, energetic pets to seniors, and from energetic Border Collies and Newfiedoodles to independent outdoor Calico cats and affectionate indoor Russian Blues. I loved and cared for each of them as if they were my own. I’m attentive to established routines and enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality and needs. I understand how important peace of mind is while you’re away, so I’m always happy to provide regular updates and photos. My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, well cared for, and loved while you’re away. Since I work full time, my availability is primarily evenings and weekends for dog walks and drop-ins. I can also assist with morning cat feedings on my way to work when timing and location allow. I’m open to weekend house sitting with advance notice and aim to provide consistent, reliable care for every pet. I genuinely enjoy forming bonds with animals and creating a calm, consistent environment for them while their owners are away. About: I have a passion for working with dogs (and cats), especially in training with them. I have 10+ years experience of working, riding, and training horses! No matter the age or size, I’ll be there to care for them when you need. Even if they have special needs or quirks, I’ll always accommodate. Looking to make this into my career!! I have a huge passion for animals, especially dogs, cats and horses. I got into this so I can prioritize my passion for a career with dogs! Weekends are available as well, and I will always try and work something out! No matter the size or age of your pet, I will always try my very best to accommodate! I am available for most holidays as well! I try and leave everything as if I was never even there! I love brushing cats/dogs so I might just spend time doing that as well!
