“I’m happy I found Sara to walk my baby girl Jazzy. She has great energy and her love of animals as apparent. I will be using her again when I travel.”

About: Hi, I’m Bernadette! If your pet needs a hangout sesh, I’m available for walks and drop-in visits! Aside from being a part time dog walker and lifetime pet owner, I am also a trusted pet sitter for a variety of animals for family, friends, colleagues, and Rover users. My love for animals has put me on a path of fostering and volunteering at animal shelters. I look forward to meeting and caring for your pet(s)! I am working remotely as a freelance graphic designer, which allows me to be flexible and available for dog walking and drop-in services on most days. If given an early notice, I am typically available every weekday from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m., but I am always willing to negotiate different times or extended stays if needed. I will respect your pet’s boundaries, behaviors, and environment to ensure they feel as safe and comfortable as possible. I will keep your pet company (so long as they allow me to) and give them all the love, enrichment, and attention as they need!

“Carolyn is just the absolute best thing that has happened to us! I can’t say enough about her. She is perfection wrapped up into a beautiful human. Thank you for everything you do for my baby girl 🥰”

“Andrew is an amazing dog walker. He exhibited a nice and gentle manner with my animals. He took the time to have a "meet and greet" to meet my fur babies. I would recommend him to anyone requiring a dog walker.”

“Carrie was fantastic! Very quick with communication. Mushu would be waiting at the door day 2 and on when he knows it’s time to go to the park with Carrie. Absolutely recommend her service and I definitely will reach out again when I’m out of town.”

About: Hi there! I'm a lifelong animal lover with experience caring for dogs, cats, and a variety of other pets. Animals have always been a part of my life, and I truly enjoy being around them. I currently have a 9-year-old pit mix who I rescued at just 6.5 months old—he’s my heart and soul, and caring for him has been one of the greatest joys of my life. I have experience with pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities, and I treat every animal with the same love and attention I give my own. Whether your pet is playful, shy, senior, or special needs, I’d be honored to care for them like family. I currently work part time from home, so my schedule is very open and flexible. I have plenty of time to give your pets the love and attention they deserve, just like I do with my own. I'm diligent, punctual, and always committed to providing the best care possible. While I don’t currently offer in-home care at my own house, I’m very comfortable with overnight stays and sitting in your home. I have solid experience with pet sitting, walking, and various types of care, and I pride myself on being knowledgeable, dependable, and committed to making your pets feel safe and loved while you’re away.

“Danielle was great! Couldn't have asked for better. She shows she cared about my senior dog and accommodated our quirks. I highly recommend Danielle as a dog sitter and walker! Thank you!”

About: I’ve taken care of all types of dogs from an Aussie Shepard to the cutest weiner dog. I’m an energized dog walker but am so down for a slow and steady walk. I will dedicate my time to your pet and value them in my schedule. It’s important all animals are valued and kept safe and happy and I can’t wait to help your furry friend. I prioritize the needs of the pets I care for. I never let a pet go hungry or thirsty and am ready for any and all potty breaks.

“Cheyenne was great with our pups and was able to help last minute while we were away on our trip! Thank you so much for your help!”

“Jacob was very communicative and patient with my dog. He followed all of my instructions and took lots of pictures while on the walk. Will definitely be using him again!”

About: My Mother fostered a bunch of pets while I was growing up. Because of this I’ve had the chance to care of a range of animals, from German Shepherds and Golden Retrievers, to Parrots and Hamsters. I’m currently enrolled in college classes, while they might shift slightly I’m free most every Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday before 4:00pm. If there’s ever any issue with scheduling I’ll be as prompt as I can in either correcting it, or notifying you ahead of time. All in all, I should have more than enough time to spend with your fur babies! I think that pet care should be handled on an individual basis, every dog mom or dad knows their dog best. Overall it’s my goal to ensure I give them as much love and care as you do, exactly how you, or at least as exact as I can be since no one can replace you in their heart!

About: Hi there! I'm a lifelong dog lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I've owned four dogs, both large and small breeds, and have a deep understanding of their unique needs. One of my dogs had a seizure disorder, so I’m very comfortable administering medications multiple times a day and responding calmly and confidently to medical emergencies like grand mal seizures. I also groom my own long-haired small dog and have experience with breeds that require regular grooming and extra TLC. I volunteered at the ASPCA, where I completed their dog socialization training. This taught me a lot about canine behavior, safety, and how to build trust with dogs of all backgrounds. I walked and socialized dogs at the center, and it was one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done. Over the years, I’ve provided house and pet sitting for family and friends, always making sure to adapt to each pet’s routine and personality. I genuinely enjoy getting to know every dog I meet and aim to make them feel comfortable, safe, and loved in my care. Outside of pet care, I work as an environmental scientist and am passionate about protecting wildlife and our natural world. I work a typical Monday–Friday, 8–5 schedule, but have some flexibility and often work from home. I’m happy to accommodate your dog’s specific needs and would love the chance to care for your furry family member! I work in environmental science and typically 8am -5pm Monday through Friday. I have a hybrid schedule that allows me flexibility to work from home or wherever and I have every other Friday off. I am typically free on weekends unless I have a scheduled vacation, which will be on my schedule. I care for pets in their own home to help maintain their routine and sense of comfort. I follow feeding, walking, and medication schedules closely, and always prioritize each dog’s unique needs and personality. With experience handling medical conditions and understanding dog behavior, I create a calm, safe, and loving environment while you’re away. I treat every dog like family and aim to make them feel secure and cared for in your absence.

“Jordan was very friendly with our dogs and did exactly what was asked of her. I would recommend her to others.”

About: Animals have been at the heart of my life for many years. I've had the joy of working as a dog trainer and pet store manager, and I currently serve our community through my role with Front Street Animal Shelter. This background has given me hands-on experience with pets of all shapes, sizes, breeds, and personalities—and I truly love them all! Whether your pup needs a walk, some basic leash manners, or help with jumping, I’m happy to respect and enforce your training goals. I’m also experienced with cats and can help with feeding, litter box cleaning, and even medication if needed. I'm experienced in both oral and injections. If you’re looking for someone dependable, compassionate, and comfortable with animals of all kinds, I’d love to hear how I can help you and your pets. Just let me know what you need! I am available all day on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays for walks, visits, and house sitting. I am okay with early morning visits if needed. Consistency is important with pets, so I appreciate knowing what your daily routines are like in the home such as meal-time or potty breaks. As long as you let me know what you and your pet need, I'm happy to follow it.

“Elizabeth was amazing with Indie. Very gentle and caring, didn't overdo it on their first walk together! I know we will be asking Elizabeth for a lot more walks in the future! :)”

About: I have had dogs in my life since I was five. I have walked the small dogs at once, I can give medication, I can play, I can pet, I can cuddle with them all. I am a teacher. I will be working summer school starting in June. I have a short 4 hour day. I will have plenty of time to spend with your pet. In July I will have a lot of free time. I can't care for your pet at my condo, as I don't have a yard and I rent. I can come to your place and stay or visit your pet at your place and then go for walks/have outside time there.

If I have future dog walking needs I would absolutely ask her again.”

Candy Y.

“I've known Candy literally all her life - I'm her big sister. From childhood until now, she has always had dogs ( and cats, and even a duck for a while.) She takes care of her pets, and the pups who visit her, like they are her kids. They're always healthy, they get great vet care, healthy food - she's a great cook and makes healthy hand-made dog treats for them! With Candy, you can rely on great loving care, in a clean and healthy environment. She has a large fenced back yard with a generous covered space so there is room to run and play. She makes sure every visitor's diet and medicine routines are undisturbed, so they feel almost like they're home. Everyone gets plenty of pets and love and conversation, walks, trips to the dog park if possible - I can't think of a thing she wouldn't do to make a critter feel safe and comfy at her house. While I don't have a dog myself (I'm a cat person) I have been at her home and observed how she cares for her visiting pets, and you can be totally confident your dog is going to have a great time with her and her dog, Grizz.”

Josilyn Marie G.
