About: I have a strong background in animal care, with a degree in Animal & Poultry Sciences and hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, livestock, and many other species. I’ve worked as a veterinary technician and in a variety of animal-care settings, including nonprofit veterinary clinics, wildlife sanctuaries, private practices, and animal shelters. I have experience with animals of all ages, personalities, and needs, so hopefully I can meet the needs of both you and your pets! I’ve been walking dogs in shelter settings since I was 15, including serving as a dog-walking volunteer leader. In that role, I helped walk dogs who were available for adoption as well as more cautious or fearful dogs who required extra patience and awareness. These experiences taught me how to safely read animal body language, respect their boundaries, and adjust my approach to each individual dog. I’m comfortable with energetic pets, shy or anxious animals, senior care, medication routines, and maintaining feeding and exercise schedules. I’m also attentive to changes in behavior or health and take pet safety seriously. I’m open to working with fearful or reactive dogs when their owners feel I’m a good fit. I have personal experience caring for a rescued pit bull who can be reactive toward some dogs and people, and consistent training has made significant improvements. I work a typical 8-hour schedule in Manhattan during the week, usually from 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. While my workday is 8 hours, my start and end times can vary, so I’m happy to discuss alternative times if needed to work around your pet’s schedule. I’m flexible before and after work for dog walks, drop-in visits, feeding, medication, or checking in on your pets. My weekends are much more flexible, and I’m available for multiple visits throughout the day or to spend extended time with pets who need extra company and care at home. I’m happy to work with you to find a schedule that fits both your needs and your pet’s routine! When caring for pets in their home, I do my best to maintain their normal routine, including feeding, medications, exercise, and any other instructions you provide. I understand that every pet and household is different, and I’m careful to respect both. I take animal body language and behavior seriously and always give pets the time and space they need to feel comfortable with me. This is especially important with shy, fearful, or reactive animals. I’m attentive during walks and make safety a priority around doors, gates, other animals, and unfamiliar environments. I’ll also treat your home with the same care and respect I would my own. About: I’ve take care dogs since I was 7 always around dogs and always helping neighbors with their dogs. It is the best environment that I love to in it. I’m currently working on base but I’m always available after 5 pm and weekends for walking daily after 5 pm or staying with me if someone needs to travel. I have a fenced backyard and friendly dog that loves to play so I have enough space for more dogs and toys for them to play.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs/cats and many other animals old and young for most of my life. I have a very high passion for taking care of any animals! As an early graduate I have ample free time, so I will have plenty of time to love and care for your dogs/cats. I love going on walks and just sitting outside. So if your animal loves that I will gladly do that with them. If your animal loves to just chill and relax I love to do that as well. I can easily crate your dog if needed. I am also very good with reactive dogs/cats and know what to do in a situation if something were to happen. If your animal needs medication I can provide it with instructions! If your animal needs any special care or has any appointments I can care for them and take them to appointments.

I am currently am a student at Kansas State, but most days my classes are over by 2 pm and I also have breaks before that. I am very good at following directions so I will follow those that you give me to a tee. I treat everyone’s house with respect and care.

About: Since I was 20 years old, family neighbors, and friends have relied on me to walk, feed, water, and pet sit their dogs. I’ve taken care of dogs that are older and require meds as well as younger dogs. I don’t have a dog of my own yet but hopefully Rover will get me one step closer and be the final push I need! I am currently a full time student with a part time job but have Wednesday’s and Friday’s off and usually work mornings anyway. I will try my hardest to make most times for walks or drop in visits work but if I can’t I will let you know ASAP! I can feed and water your dogs, keep up with a possibly complicated night time routine, and take them out whenever they need to when I’m with them. I’m also able to take them to specific places if needed to go on walks, whether that be a fenced in park, a dog specific park, or just around your neighborhood!

About: I have taken care of dogs and house sat for friends and family for over 20 years. I am new to the area and I look forward to meeting new doggo friends! I’d love to arrange a meet and greet with you and your pups to discuss your needs more in-depth! I work an 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday job. However, I have a 1 hour lunch break that would allow me to stop by and check on/walk your dogs. If I have a free weekend, I could housesit for you; the sooner I know in advance, the better! I’m a very active person, so I love walking and even jogging with your dogs; whatever you need! I like to talk softly to dogs to develop a level of friendship and trust. I’m happy to accompany and play with dogs in a fenced in backyard or dog park. Sitting on a couch (if allowed) is nice too! I’d follow your regular feeding, potty and meds schedules to maintain consistency as well.

About: I graduated from Texas Tech with a BS Animal Science and I am currently attending KSU for my Masters of Biomedical Sciences! I worked at a veterinary clinic for 3 years before moving here to Manhattan! I have loads of experience with working with animals and veterinary services. I love all animals- from fur to scales. My class schedule is everyday, but I am out of class by 3 pm (daily class schedule changes depending on the day) I can drop in early morning and afternoons I make sure they stay safe and always have an eye on them. I feed properly, administer any medications, and provide any enrichment or excercise!
