About: I’ve taken care of countless roommates dogs, before getting my own a couple years ago. Before getting my own I did lots of research on training so she could have a happy, healthy, and safe life. I am committed to a dog’s safety and happiness. I am big on positive reinforcement which is how I’ve trained Buttercup. I’ve worked with multiple dogs on leash training, off leash training (minimal), potty training, and other general commands (sit, stay, come, heel, etc.). I have a full-time job and love hanging out with all the doggos in my free time. A couple of my workdays are fairly long, so I am more available later in the week. Pups (6months+) and dogs are allowed everywhere in my house except my personal bed. It is a modest home, with a fenced back yard (dog castle included). My dog, Buttercup, loves other dogs and is eager to play and be friends when they are. She has had interactions with both younger pups as well as much older doggos (up to 11 years old) and all interactions have gone well. While she’s on the medium-large end (70-75lbs) some of her best doggo friends range from significantly smaller (7-12 lbs) to much larger (100+lbs). She interacts well with different sizes.

My husband wakes up at 6 to let the dog out. And I'm up around 7-7:30 to feed and walk my pup before work at 8:30. I can be up earlier if needed. I have time when I'm working to walks the dogs as requested. My husband is military and is off relatively early so we can adapt to any strict routines you may have. I am able to send pics throughout the day, and I am available to text back. I do work out for an hour a day, but it is usually when my husband is home. We are both off weekends and like to take my dog on walks or to the big yard on base to play fetch. I do prefer kennel trained unless the dog is very well behaved with no destructive tendencies. I have a fenced in back yard, and a dog that can help run energy out of yours. I have a decent sized house with no choking hazards available since my dog is 18 weeks (she is fully vaccinated and healthy). We make sure my pup has her toys constantly and is always in my view to watch her, and I will treat yours as my own. Treats are a must if allowed. I am very strict with routines, and I will respect all obligations needed. I do know how to do CPR and first aid for dogs, but I am not certified in that area.

About: Personally I have been lucky enough to have three beautiful cats for the past nine years. As a dog sitter I have enjoyed caring for every type of doggie from Yorkies, Pugs, Boston Terriers, Pit Bulls, Bull Dogs, German Shepards, and Boxers. I never met a dog I didn’t love! I have no problem administering basic medical care to animals as I also am a registered nurse for humans 😊 I enjoy caring for dogs in their home to ensure comfort and access to their care needs. About: I have spent my entire life around animals! As a child, I grew up on a small family farm in southeast Kansas where we raised livestock, rode horses, and loved many family pets. For 13 years, I participated in 4-H which included multiple animal projects including showing horses and training and showing dogs, among others. As an adult, I have surrounded myself with pets. Currently, we have a 3-year old Great Dane, an 8-year old Pit Bull mix that we adopted from a local rescue, and a 12-year old Snowshoe Cat. I have a lot of experience with high-need animals. In November 2023, we had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to my dream dog, a 1.5 year old Great Dane, due to heart issues that he developed. I am happy to also drop in to your home if your pet is more comfortable in their own environment. This is how we provided care to our high-needs Great Dane when he was ill so I completely understand the need to keep your pet home when needed if that is where they are comfortable.

About: I have worked in a mix of animal care, environments, includinga rescue, multiple dog daycare/boarding facilities, grooming, and volunteered at pet shelters. I understand how important exercise can be for all fur babies. I believe a positive and vibrant environment benefits all pets. All animals need attention and I am willing to give them 100% and nothing less than satisfactory. I carry portable bowls, water bottles, snacks, and clean up bags on hand at all times. Expect photo updates of your precious fur babies during walks and boardings. During my time, I learned about appropriately introducing dogs, how to care and attend to every dogs need, and how to interpret their behavior. Your family member will not go without walks, play time, food, water, snacks, kisses, cuddles, and of course loads of love.

About: I have always had pets growing up, so I learned at a young age how to care for dogs, cats, fish, and Guinea pigs. I have my own pet currently! I have a cat and her name is Willow. I take care of my cat every day, I check her food and water bowls twice a day and make time to play with her to give her a workout. I do have a cat, so if I end up taking car of your dog for the day I will most likely avoid bringing them to my home unless you tell me that they get along well with cats. I can take them for walks and to the park or for rides if they enjoy that too!
