Kacy was amazing with my puppy. She’s warm, friendly and attentive. She took care of Remy as if he was hers. They went on walks and she even washed his blanket. He was a little home sick at bedtime and she stayed with him so he wasn’t anxious. She sent pictures and messages while we were away and was flexible with pick up and drop off times. I definitely would recommend Kacy and use her again!
This is our pup's 3rd time staying with Bayan. We are so grateful to have found her and her family! They always take such good care of our pup and always keeps us posted with pictures and videos. Kayla and Vanessa were wonderful hosts for our dog Cusco! They are super sweet and welcoming, and have lots of experience. They sent us cute photos the entire stay and Cusco looked very happy. Communication was topnotch--thorough and transparent. They really took the time to get to know Cusco's needs/schedule/personality. She made drop off simple, we knew our dog would be in great hands when we saw her yard with a double gate and a large patch of grass cleared from the snow!!
