About: I’ve always had a huge love for animals and have experience caring for many different types of pets, including dogs, rabbits, and birds. I also owned a German Shepherd, so I’m comfortable handling larger, high-energy dogs and understand the importance of patience, structure, and exercise. I previously worked as a vet tech, where I learned how to properly handle animals, recognize signs of stress or discomfort, and provide attentive care. I’m reliable, patient, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy during walks and visits. I also provide updates and photos so owners can feel at ease while they’re away. I enjoy making pet care part of my daily routine because spending time with animals is something I genuinely love. I currently work during the weekdays, but I’m available most evenings as well as Thursdays and weekends for walks and drop-in visits. I like staying active, so dog walking fits naturally into my schedule, and I always make sure pets get attentive, reliable care and plenty of attention during visits. I focus on making pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while keeping their normal routine as consistent as possible. During walks and drop-in visits, I pay close attention to each pet’s personality, energy level, and needs. I make sure they get exercise, fresh water, attention, and a calm environment. With my previous vet tech experience, I’m also attentive to signs of stress or discomfort and always prioritize safety. I treat every pet with patience and care as if they were my own.

I'm currently at an apartment so I have room for a dog or cat. They're apartments that Rutgers allow service dogs to live. They have a dog park built and it's friendly for dogs. I have a go - to park nearby in a very safe community .

Throughout my childhood I was able to grow my love and knowledge of many animals. I had cats dogs and small mammals like hamsters and bunnies growing up I got to help care for and learn about. During my teen years I helped family friends and neighbors with their pets including cats, dogs and even goats and chickens. With a solid foundation in feeding, walking, grooming, medicating, and playing with animals, I look forward to meeting and helping out many more pets throughout my twenties and beyond. I’m currently looking to go back to school, growing my expertise as a pet walker and sitter, and taking care of my own pets. I’ll have the free time and consistent schedule to check in and provide care for local pets as well. Safety trust and environment are a must when it comes to pet care. Environmentally I have my eyes peeled for hazards that could harm or cause illness in an animal, and remove those things to where they can’t be a problem. In building trust, I start every interaction with pet psychology in mind. I let them approach me with all of their senses first. Once they become interested in getting to know me, I can continue to show them I’m a safe person through gentle and secure actions on my part like walking carefully and taking softly.

About: Full-time aunt to Kobe, a silky terrier 6 year-old sassy, well trained boy, with a strong personality. Part-time aunt to all of my friend's animals, cats/dogs, of all shapes and sizes. Super observant of animal behavior in order to understand animals needs. Highly prioritize communicating with owners about their animals, to learn and adapt to animals/owners needs. I enjoy active days, especially with a cool dog to run around or play ball with. I'm also just as good at lounging around as your cat is, if it needs someone to fluff around with, I'm that person too. I can hold down my own, when it comes to extra large sized animals or even the fiercest of them all- the tiny animals. Besides creating a fun environment for your animals, I'm also creating a positive active environment for myself. Nothing makes me happier than cool animals, they are great company. I am a fan of walks as it is, so to have an animal join me in my outdoor adventures sounds like the perfect day to me. I am currently in a space where I am working from home, so it's been nice to have the company from all the animals as well as a reason to get up from my desk during the daily walks. I am quite clean when it comes to animals, so wiping of the paws after entering from the outdoors is on a list of to-do's for me. They do after all, sleep in our beds and walk on our couches. I also do not like ingredients like wheat and filler, so I always make sure to have any/all treats or foods with ingredients that will elongate the life rather than cut it short. I do not actually have the space to board at this time, but I am more than accommodating to keeping animals in their home space to make sure they are in their most comfortable mental state, while their parent/parents are away.

About: I have had a pet by my side since the day I was born. Pets are family and they deserve to be treated as such. Specifically, I have cared for other pets the last 7 years; feeding and cleaning fish tanks, overnight stays combined with daily dog walks and changing cat litter and cleaning their coats. To care for other's pets is a privilege that I do not take lightly, there is trust and commitment needed. I want to allow individuals to feel comfortable that their pet is cared for in times when they are unable to do so themselves. Above all else if a pet needs care, I want to provide them with a friendly face, playful affect and calm presence to ensure successful care treatment. I am currently working a full-time job that requires me to work 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. I occasionally work 1 day of the weekend and will provide full schedule is a service is requested. I will provide open and honest communication with client and maintain a flexible schedule outside of work hours. Currently I am unable to board pets in my home. It is something I hope can happen later in life at a different residence. In the client's home, I will care for their pet as they would like me to, ultimately wanting the pet to maintain their normal schedule as best as possible.
