I previously worked at a kennel-free dog boarding facility, where I helped care for multiple dogs at once in a safe, supervised environment. For drop-in visits and house sitting, I follow the owner’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications if needed, playtime, and any specific routines your pet is used to. During visits, I make sure pets get the attention, exercise, and enrichment they need, whether that’s a long walk, playtime, or just companionship. I also make sure basics like fresh water, clean feeding areas, and litter boxes are taken care of. For dog walks, I focus on safe handling, appropriate exercise for your dog’s energy level, and making sure they return home happy and settled. I always send updates and photos so you know how your pet is doing while you’re away. My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, cared for, and loved while keeping you informed and at ease.

About: I am a musician, property manager, & ex-software dev who enjoys taking care of animals. One of my favorite experiences was caring for a small farm (dogs, cats, horses, and chickens!) in Kentucky. I love taking dogs on walks around town & to explore the river! I am committed to consistent and clear communication; I place a high value on the professional relationship between house-sitter and host. I love sending daily updates as requested. I don't work during the day, so I can accommodate feedings, med delivery, walks, and playtime all day long! I try to structure my day around the client's schedule, so that the animals don't experience a disruption in their normal routine. About: I’ve always been an animal lover, and I have a senior dog of my own who is my whole world! I’m used to providing special services such as medication administration. I pride myself on treating every pet as if they were my own, and enjoy every second I get to spend with them! I am a nurse, so I normally only work 3 days a week and am free to walk and care for your pet on my days off! I take your dogs safety seriously when on walks, always keep them leashed, and avoid other animals while on walks just for safety! I am familiar with reactive dogs, and give plenty of space for your dog to feel safe and comfortable while walking!

About: I've always loved dogs of all shapes and sizes. I ask to pet every one I see and ache when its a service dog that I have to ignore. I'm often asked to help train puppies, teaching them bite inhibition, socializing them, and keeping up with their clockwork schedule of energy and naps. I've once been bitten by a dog (just a nip, really) and I apologized to it because I was the one who spooked it on accident! The amount of patience and love I have for these animals is endless. I've worked with dogs of all kinds! Anxious, lazy, energetic, you name it. I will care for a dog of any shape or size and make sure they are happy and feel safe. I work very part time, so my schedule is very flexible. Bouncing around taking care of dogs is basically a hobby for me more than anything. I adapt to a dogs needs and personality. Overall, I want any pet I care for to feel comfortable and I want to make sure the pet is cared for the way its owners prefer.

About: My love for animals began when I was around 5. In the past I've had my own pets such as cats, dogs, rats and squirrels and I've worked with small animals, live stock, cats, dogs and reptiles. I am very adaptable with any animals needs and can handle anxious pets with grace. Giving out medications is not an issue for me as I've done it in the past. I am currently self employed so my availability is flexible. My partner and I have a cleaning and pet care business called Hygeia and Artemis, if you're interested in having your home cleaned during a sit we can discuss in person. About: Hi! My name is Mary and I love working with cats and dogs! I have had two dogs and I currently have two cats so I know how to handle each pet. I enjoy walking and playing with dogs. I am part time working so I am flexible with hours. Growing up I have always had some type of pet so I am very used to being around with animals and taking care of them. I know how to clean a litter box, feed dogs/cats, etc. I am looking to dog/cat sit so I can make some extra money, and I am very flexible with schedules. I can do middle of the day if that is what a pet parents needs! I make my pets feel super special. Since I live in the city I have a harness for my cat and I take her out once a day!

About: As a child, I had a small dog named Nike! She was the cutest little Shih Tzu. Having her at a young age taught me responsibility first and foremost, but it also taught me how to appreciate and be patient with animals. I have fond memories of walking her around the neighborhood, being sure she had food and plenty of water in her bowls, and running around with her outside! She also got ENDLESS cuddle time. She was my first best friend, and although she’s not here with me in my adult years, I’ve come to love and value ALL animals, from playful cats, to everyday animals like squirrels and birds, lol. I’m a college student, graduating in the fall next year, and I have many breaks where I’m home. When home, I am fully available everyday, anytime to care for pets!
