About: I was raised in a family of animal lovers and helped to care for at least one family pup at all times. From my grandma's cat filled house to my own dogs, I have always been surrounded by a variety of furry friends so I'm very comfortable and experienced with caring for them. I began pet-sitting for neighbors as soon as I got into high school, and I'm very excited to meet some new furry friends! As a second year student at the University of Virginia home on winter break from classes, I've got a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time to pet care! I have a completely free schedule, which means I can provide consistent and attentive care for your furry friends, ensuring they get plenty of playtime, walks, and attention while you're away! Since I live in an apartment that doesn't allow animals, I don't offer in-home pet care services. Instead, I provide dedicated pet care at your convenience! I will make sure your pet feels comfortable and happy during our time together. I also maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs, ensuring your furry friend receives the best care possible in a familiar environment. Your pet's well-being is my top priority!

About: I've never not had animals in my life! I spent my early years on a working farm and have always had a way with animals. Dogs love me (cats, too!) and I them ❤️ I have many years of experience in the veterinary field and know what to do in emergencies. I am currently working part time and my schedule is flexible. I do work away from home for 5-8 hours a day, split shift. I have dogs amd cats but can keep them separate, if necessary. My dogs are dog friendly, although my beagle mix is very bossy (typical!) Dogs will be in the house with my dogs, but they can be separated, if needed. I can crate, if the parents supply the crate. Dogs will be leash walked in the wide front yard but we can also go across the street to the dog park, too!

About: I grew up taking care of dogs and cats for family friends and people around town, along with my family owning both throughout my childhood. I understand every pet is different with their needs and personality, and will accommodate them as much as needed:) I want to owner to feel comfortable that their pet is in good hands I own a cat myself and I understand the stress of finding pet care when you have to step away from your home for a bit. I prioritize my cats care daily to make sure she’s comfortable I can take your dog on walks if that’s needed, I can stop it to give your pet some human social time! If treats are provided your pet will surely be reaping the benefits of that:)

About: As a child, I had a small dog named Nike! She was the cutest little Shih Tzu. Having her at a young age taught me responsibility first and foremost, but it also taught me how to appreciate and be patient with animals. I have fond memories of walking her around the neighborhood, being sure she had food and plenty of water in her bowls, and running around with her outside! She also got ENDLESS cuddle time. She was my first best friend, and although she’s not here with me in my adult years, I’ve come to love and value ALL animals, from playful cats, to everyday animals like squirrels and birds, lol. I’m a college student, graduating in the fall next year, and I have many breaks where I’m home. When home, I am fully available everyday, anytime to care for pets! I follow instructions EXACTLY as they’re given to me. Special instructions? No problem! Dinner time at 6? Done and done. I’ll be sure your fur baby has plenty of play time and cuddles as well! I have two dogs, one is a beagle/dachshund mix that is 3 years old and a 10 month smaller sized lab/hound mix that are both under 30 pounds and live in a two floor condo with no yard. I am able to walk dogs and do pop in visits to check on your dogs.

About: I’ve been dog-sitting for about 5 years now. I’ve mainly taken care of small to medium sized dogs but I’m open to looking after larger dogs as well. I am very reliable and have a lot of energy to keep your dog entertained throughout the day. I love going for walks and and going to dog parks if allowed by the owner. I live in an apartment and it’s dog-friend and the apartment has a dog area where they can relieve themselves. I live in a studio apartment but there’s plenty of open space where your pup can lounge around. I’m very attentive of your dogs needs, so I stay on top of taking them out for walks and making sure their water bowl is kept full and following their feeding schedule. Also open to grooming and showering your dog, especially if they are staying overnight with me. If your pup is energetic and loves to play we will be a great match!!

About: During college, I adopted my beloved dog, Dustin, from the SPCA. Over the past 11 years, caring for him has taught me responsibility, patience, empathy, and unconditional love. Through every stage of his life, I have developed a deep connection with animals and a strong commitment to their well-being. I understand that pets are family, and I take pride in providing them with the same attentive, compassionate care that I give my own. My love for animals motivates me to ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I have also been described as a super organized, neat freak - which I am very proud of. I take very good care of my personal space and possessions, because I believe in respecting a home and everything that is important to someone. I take my own dog outside at least 3 times a day, with 1 or 2 of those times being a 1-2 mile walk. I love taking him for walks as it's important for his brain to be stimulated and for the exercise! Every dog has a different eating schedule, but I am great with schedules and will stick to whatever they need. My own dog eats a mix of wet & dry food twice a day, with one Dentastix in the morning and one Beggin Strip if he poops. I also refresh his water bowl at least 3 times a day because still water sitting there after a few hours kind of freaks me out. I also don't mind giving dogs baths, sometimes you have to if there were certain adventures, but I typically bathe my own dog once every three weeks. I live in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment, with my dog having a bed in each room! He is very spoiled, but he just takes naps very seriously. Dogs are allowed on our incredible couch, but don't worry it is vacuumed at least once a week (as well as the floors!).

About: I have owned animals my whole life. Since I was about 8 I was always the one responsible for their care and well being. In high school and throughout college - even now I was always the one friends and family relied on to care for their pets while on vacation or otherwise out of town. I am a college graduate and currently a full time mom and you can trust that I will be nothing but professional and responsible in your home and with your beloved pets. I work part time as a household manager and have open availability except for Monday-Thursday 4pm to 6pm so I have plenty of time to walk, play with, feed and give lots of pets to your pets! My husband works from home and will also be available to let out your dog for potty breaks if I happen to be out of the house. I am completely free on the weekends as well. Our home has a lovely fenced backyard where your dog can frolic and join us in a game of fetch. We have 1 friendly terrier who would love a doggy friend! We also have 1 reclusive cat and a 4 month old baby - please no dogs that would have issues with them in the home.

About: My name is Nick and I am a teacher in Chesterfield county looking to use my love for animals as a way to make some extra money over the summer. I have had dogs and cats growing up my whole life and currently have a dog named Bagel and a cat named Friday. I also have lots of experience dog/cat sitting for friends and family over the years ever since I was in high-school. I am a teacher so I won’t be working during the summers so I will have unlimited time during the day/night to take care of your pets and their needs! Once the school year starts I can do weekends and afternoon/nights! I have a lot of energy myself so if your pets love to get exercise/play around I am very up for that. About: Ive taken care of many breeds of dogs from various sizes and ages since I can remember. I currently own a puppy and am loving every part of it. I currently work part-time from 5am-9am so I have plenty of time during the rest of the day to take care of your pets whenever! I love taking my dogs on trails and around the neighborhood to make sure they get plenty of exercise and enrichment. This is important to ensure they stay happy!
