I am a teacher in Chesterfield County so I can be available all day on weekends, Saturday and Sunday, and after 4 PM on week days. I have two dogs, one is a beagle/dachshund mix that is 3 years old and a 10 month smaller sized lab/hound mix that are both under 30 pounds and live in a two floor condo with no yard. I am able to walk dogs and do pop in visits to check on your dogs.

About: I've never not had animals in my life! I spent my early years on a working farm and have always had a way with animals. Dogs love me (cats, too!) and I them ❤️ I have many years of experience in the veterinary field and know what to do in emergencies. I am currently working part time and my schedule is flexible. I do work away from home for 5-8 hours a day, split shift. I have dogs amd cats but can keep them separate, if necessary. My dogs are dog friendly, although my beagle mix is very bossy (typical!) Dogs will be in the house with my dogs, but they can be separated, if needed. I can crate, if the parents supply the crate. Dogs will be leash walked in the wide front yard but we can also go across the street to the dog park, too!

For drop-in visits and house sitting, I follow the owner’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications if needed, playtime, and any specific routines your pet is used to. During visits, I make sure pets get the attention, exercise, and enrichment they need, whether that’s a long walk, playtime, or just companionship. I also make sure basics like fresh water, clean feeding areas, and litter boxes are taken care of. For dog walks, I focus on safe handling, appropriate exercise for your dog’s energy level, and making sure they return home happy and settled. About: My name is Nick and I am a teacher in Chesterfield county looking to use my love for animals as a way to make some extra money over the summer. I have had dogs and cats growing up my whole life and currently have a dog named Bagel and a cat named Friday. I also have lots of experience dog/cat sitting for friends and family over the years ever since I was in high-school. I am a teacher so I won’t be working during the summers so I will have unlimited time during the day/night to take care of your pets and their needs! Once the school year starts I can do weekends and afternoon/nights! I have a lot of energy myself so if your pets love to get exercise/play around I am very up for that. I also try to be very thorough with the pet care instructions and will ask questions/for clarification to ensure I am giving your pet the best care as possible.

About: I’ve been dog-sitting for about 5 years now. I’ve mainly taken care of small to medium sized dogs but I’m open to looking after larger dogs as well. I am very reliable and have a lot of energy to keep your dog entertained throughout the day. I love going for walks and and going to dog parks if allowed by the owner. I live in an apartment and it’s dog-friend and the apartment has a dog area where they can relieve themselves. I live in a studio apartment but there’s plenty of open space where your pup can lounge around. I’m very attentive of your dogs needs, so I stay on top of taking them out for walks and making sure their water bowl is kept full and following their feeding schedule. Also open to grooming and showering your dog, especially if they are staying overnight with me. If your pup is energetic and loves to play we will be a great match!!

About: I have owned animals my whole life. Since I was about 8 I was always the one responsible for their care and well being. In high school and throughout college - even now I was always the one friends and family relied on to care for their pets while on vacation or otherwise out of town. I am a college graduate and currently a full time mom and you can trust that I will be nothing but professional and responsible in your home and with your beloved pets. I work part time as a household manager and have open availability except for Monday-Thursday 4pm to 6pm so I have plenty of time to walk, play with, feed and give lots of pets to your pets! My husband works from home and will also be available to let out your dog for potty breaks if I happen to be out of the house. I am completely free on the weekends as well. Our home has a lovely fenced backyard where your dog can frolic and join us in a game of fetch. We have 1 friendly terrier who would love a doggy friend! We also have 1 reclusive cat and a 4 month old baby - please no dogs that would have issues with them in the home.
