“Kaitlyn and Jesse were absolutely wonderful!! They cared for our sweet dogs as if they were their own!! One of our adopted dogs has a hard history and Kaitlyn and Jesse were so good with him…he warmed up to them and trusted them over the course of the booking. They were so good at letting us know each day how our sweet dogs were doing and sent fun pictures!! We also live in the countryside and had a scare with some local fires. Kaitlyn and Jesse were quick to make contact with us and tentatively plan for how to keep our dogs safe! They are so kind and friendly!! We were so happy we got connected with them through Rover and will look forward to booking with them for future times!!”

About: I have taken care of cats and dogs (varies ages, sizes), along with those with dietary needs. I have grown up with cats and dogs all my life so I understand the responsibility that comes with it. I currently have a dog and cat of my own. I’m not afraid of big dogs and have patience to build trust with cats. I’m free on the weekends since I work part time in the week with a school district. Also I’m a full time student in my senior year. I follow whatever rules you have for your dog. Make sure they are properly looked after as if they were my own. I would never strike a dog but just correct it with words.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was young, Helping and playing with my family’s two big dogs. Along with owning two smalls dogs as well. I was known for walking the neighborhood dogs when I was younger. I currently have my own dog. I’m currently working 4 days a week so I do have 3 days available to spend time extra time loving and caring for any animals. I am paying attention to my surroundings, as well as the placement of the dog itself to keep the dog safe from any possible harm or conflict.

I volunteered there for 2 years, walking, feeding, and cleaning up after different sized dogs. :) I now have a 7 year old husky named Khoda (in the picture!) that I rescued from the shelter 2 years ago. All I’ll say is huskies have lots of character, so I’m used to all of it ! Haha. With that said, I know how much energy (some) dogs can have. I would be happy to have a quick play session with your best friend ! I have also had a puppy and understand the attention it takes! About: I have cared for animals of all kinds for over 32 years. As a young child, I was drawn to just about any animal you can think of. I am very detailed and will put your pets first. I am recently retired but now work a couple of days a week, but for only 1/2 days. I do have flexibility in my schedule. My dogs have a safe fenced in area but spend most of their time indoors. I walk and/or exercise them at least two times a day. One of my dogs has medical needs that I handle. My donkeys' food is weighed out to avoid obesity. I think it is important that I earn the trust of a new animal and build on that. Exercise and training can be helpful to pets that will be spending time alone. I am a firm believer that each animal is unique and requires an approach that works for them.
