I had a prior experience with a different Rover sitter a few months ago (which was my first time using Rover for my puppy) and despite the good reviews, this sitter almost made me give up on Rover. However, I realized I needed to use Rover for doggy daycare since my pup can’t be neutered for another couple of months, and I needed someone to get my lab’s energy out while I work. After looking for a few days, I came across Jon’s page and reached out for a doggy day care request. Right away, I had a great feeling because he asked for a meet and greet which means he is mindful of the dogs he takes in and had a great response time to any questions I had. About: Could your dog benefit from more than just a standard walk? We go for hikes! Book the puppy walking rate and I’ll pick up your dog, transport them in a crash-rated crate, and take them for a 2-3 mile hike (60-75 mins), typically the Yucaipa Creek South Loop out of Gateway Ranch in Redlands), and then bring them home! Transportation is included within a 15 mile radius of Calimesa. I have been caring for pets (both mine and others’) since my early teens. Dogs are my hobby, primarily nose work sports and dock diving, but also obedience and trick training. I love getting to play with their different personalities and finding what they like to do. I also have two very dog-friendly dogs (and one who doesn’t make good choices so he doesn’t get to hang out with new friends), so if you’d like your pup to walk with a buddy just let me know! I work a fairly flexible schedule from home, with Friday being my part-time in-office day. My dogs go for walks in the mornings and evenings, and occasionally when I need a break from staring at a screen. Adding a drop-in visit or walk or swapping out my dogs for a customer’s dog(s) is easy peasy! Must have proof of vaccination for your dog (rabies, bordetella, and DA2PP) This is to keep your dog(s) and my dogs safe :) My dogs are also fully vaccinated and I’m happy to provide proof.

About: I'm a lover of all dogs, small, big and everything in between. I currently have 1 fur dog but I have grown up with dogs my entire life. I want to be that person that you can trust with your pets, I will treat your dog as if it were my own. I was a full time nanny when I was in my 20s for years, so know that if someone trusted me with their children, you can trust me with your fur babies. I used to have my own dog sitting and dog walking service in the past and looking forward to doing it again. Can't wait to meet you and your pups and give them all the love and walking they need while you are away. I can take large dogs for boarding as long as they are well behaved and do not jump on furniture and do not shed a lot. My family always had big dogs (boxers, pit bulls, etc.) and I am recently lost my two smaller fur babies I had for 11 years. So, I have had experience with all sizes and shapes. I've have trained puppies and have rescued dogs so I have experience with various dog behaviors. As an adult professional, I am very reliable and can be depended on to take excellent care of your fur baby. I am currently home full time, and I can make myself available almost every day and/or night. I am a committed dog owner and lover! Walks, play time and lots of pets! I guarantee if I am taking care of your family member, I will provide these things in abundance. I have owned dogs my whole life, so I know some great trails around Yucaipa/Redlands and some hiking trails in the nearby San Bernardino mountains (it will depend on the amount of exercise your fur baby needs).

They deserve all the best! I stay home for dog boarding so your dog will have a company all day long. I have 4 years old Covapoo and we go on a walk once or twice a day.
