“Our Ivy is a very skiddish, submissive rescue that we adopted 6 months ago. We scheduled Ivy's first daycare appt for today with Gary and Jayne. As always, I get a bit nervous when leaving her. But, I had faith in Gary and Jayne after our "meet and greet" that their ability and experience with submissive dogs is the kind of daycare experience my dog needed. Everything went great and we plan to schedule appts with them in Oct and Nov.”

I had a prior experience with a different Rover sitter a few months ago (which was my first time using Rover for my puppy) and despite the good reviews, this sitter almost made me give up on Rover. However, I realized I needed to use Rover for doggy daycare since my pup can’t be neutered for another couple of months, and I needed someone to get my lab’s energy out while I work. After looking for a few days, I came across Jon’s page and reached out for a doggy day care request. Right away, I had a great feeling because he asked for a meet and greet which means he is mindful of the dogs he takes in and had a great response time to any questions I had. I waited until my pup’s first week with him to write a review, and I am so so so happy we found Jon! About: I have always loved dogs and they truly bring so much happiness. I have a 3 year old Toy Poodle who name is Canelo and is very friendly. I do live in an apartment community that is very safe and pet friendly and my front patio is great place for your pup to sun bath and get some fresh air. I work from home Monday- Friday so my flexible schedule allows me to to spend time with your pup giving them attention and lots of cuddles. My front gated patio is great place for your pup to sun bath and get some fresh air. If your prefer your pet to be inside all day I can tailor to your needs. Ultimately, my concern is the safety and happiness of your pet.

About: Could your dog benefit from more than just a standard walk? We go for hikes! Book the puppy walking rate and I’ll pick up your dog, transport them in a crash-rated crate, and take them for a 2-3 mile hike (60-75 mins), typically the Yucaipa Creek South Loop out of Gateway Ranch in Redlands), and then bring them home! Transportation is included within a 15 mile radius of Calimesa. I have been caring for pets (both mine and others’) since my early teens. Dogs are my hobby, primarily nose work sports and dock diving, but also obedience and trick training. I love getting to play with their different personalities and finding what they like to do. I also have two very dog-friendly dogs (and one who doesn’t make good choices so he doesn’t get to hang out with new friends), so if you’d like your pup to walk with a buddy just let me know! I work a fairly flexible schedule from home, with Friday being my part-time in-office day. My dogs go for walks in the mornings and evenings, and occasionally when I need a break from staring at a screen. Adding a drop-in visit or walk or swapping out my dogs for a customer’s dog(s) is easy peasy! Must have proof of vaccination for your dog (rabies, bordetella, and DA2PP) This is to keep your dog(s) and my dogs safe :) My dogs are also fully vaccinated and I’m happy to provide proof.

About: I have had plenty of experience not only with my own pets, but with my neighbors who needed help with medication for their dogs and with helping out any friends in need in watching their new puppy and apartment! I love animals and this is more of a fun opportunity for me rather than me looking at it as a job! I am grateful for any chance I can get to help someone and to take care of an adorable pet!!! Pet care isn’t just a weekly routine, it’s apart of me everyday life. I always have my dog buddy with me at night and I try to take him out on fun trips like to get a pup cup or go on walks when I can and if not he just follows me around the house and we do everything together. Taking care of him isn’t a chore, it’s just taking care and hanging out with my bestfriend. I care for pets whether it’s giving them meds, taking them potty, whether it’s walking them or just playing with them or even giving them a bath. About: I had the best childhood living on a ranch surrounded by all sorts of animals ducks, horses, cats, dogs, and so many more! My grandpa was my guide, teaching me everything there is to know about caring for each and every one of them. Hello there! Im a stay at home mom, I've found myself with some extra time on my hands. I would love to spend my day caring for your adorable furry pets. I live in an apartment surrounded by lots of parks. My apartment complex even has a small field where pets can play. While I may not have a big yard, I do have a cozy and safe home where your pets will be well taken care of. Plus, I'm home full time so I can give your pets all the attention they need.

About: My name is Sydney I was raised in Southern California and I currently reside in Beaumont. I have always had a love for animals. In fact during High school I enrolled myself in night courses to study Animal Restraint & Animal Science. Despite everyone’s input that I would not be able to manage both HighSchool and College night classes I received my associates degree. My first job was working as Kennel Helper/ Receptionist at Pacific Vet Center in Torrance then at a dog boarding hotel in Long Beach, client coordinator for Banfield Torrance...eventually worked my way up to a huge emergency animal hospital ACESS located in Culver City and spent countless hours volunteering/ interning for Culver Palms Animal Hospital learning to administer medications, vaccines, draw blood, assist in surgeries/ dentals, clip bird wings, and so much more! Finally in November 2015 I graduated from Animal Behavior College as a Certified Vet Assistant and got a job at VCA Animal Specialty and Emergency Center in Los Angeles as a technician in the Cardiology Department! Even though I was working my dream job and receiving offers to work elsewhere In 2019 a little angel came into my life & I decided to become a stay at home mama...so now I do dog boarding out of my house so I can have a little best of both worlds :)
