Moriah was able to take Marlow with short notice during our family crisis. She sent pictures and a video of Marlow having a great time, one less thing for me to worry about. Marlow had a great time running around the yard or resting inside out of he heat. Moriah was very flexible with my husband dropping her off and me picking her up. I would definately book with her again.

About: I’m an experienced, intuitive dog caregiver who blends calm confidence with playful, genuine affection. I’ve worked with pups of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, and I’m especially skilled at reading body language, easing anxiety, and building trust with shy or energetic dogs. My hospitality background shows up in the way I communicate clearly, stay organized, and anticipate both the dog’s needs and the owner’s peace of mind. Whether it’s maintaining routines, handling medication, managing multi‑dog households, or keeping high‑energy pups happily engaged, I bring steady reliability and a warm, joyful presence that dogs connect with right away. Pet care fits easily into my routine since I work part‑time on weekends and I’m on summer break from school. I have plenty of open time during the week for walks, drop‑ins, and longer visits, and I balance my weekend job with consistent pet‑care hours. This flexibility lets me give each pet focused, reliable attention and maintain steady routines for kittens, senior cats, pregnant cats, and dogs alike. I provide a calm, stress‑free environment for every pet I care for. In my home, I offer a quiet space with no children, a fenced backyard for safe outdoor time, and a relaxed atmosphere where pets can settle in comfortably. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their routines closely, keep their space tidy, and make sure they feel secure and comfortable in their familiar environment. Whether I’m hosting or visiting, I focus on safety, consistency, and creating a peaceful experience for each pet.

About: My passion for animals began when I was a young child. Being able to turn my love for animals into something tangible has been a dream come true. I was able to start my pet sitting experience 25 years ago and hoping to continue to add many more years! My range with experience includes rodents to dogs. If your pet has special food requirements, I can be of service . I’ve stayed over at clients homes to offer pet care. I’ve had fur babies stay overnight at my home. I’ve also housed day camps at my home. I enjoy taking fur babies on walks, and to local parks. I don’t mind taking fur babies in the car. Feel free to ask for more details on services I may have forgotten to mention! I am available Monday-Sunday all day. During the regular school year, I would need to be available to drop my kids off for school and pick them up. I am a doting pet mommy of 8 indoor kitties and 1 doggie. They all have access to whatever tickles their fancy. There is always ample water available at all times. Cats graze all day so food bowls are placed around for them to get to but high enough the dog cannot get to it. My pets and the pets of my clients have been able to sleep where ever the want (couch, cat trees, chairs, beds, etc). We are a super loving family and really love having fur babies around. We hope to welcome yours! One final note, I don’t allow my dog or the fur babies of my clients to stay outside overnight . Everyone is tucked inside for the night. When I need to step away from my home, I will typically ask the echo dot to play music for background noise.

About: I’ve loved and cared for animals for many years and understand that every pet has their own unique personality and routine. I provide a safe, calm, family-oriented environment where your pet will receive plenty of attention, affection, playtime, and potty breaks throughout the day. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, so I will keep you updated with photos and messages while you’re away. My goal is for both you and your pet to have peace of mind. I treat every dog and cat as if they were my own and strive to make their stay feel like a second home. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member! I work from home, so pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. This allows me to provide frequent potty breaks, regular feeding schedules, playtime, and lots of attention throughout the day. I have a flexible schedule and will do my best to accommodate your pet’s routine so they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for while you’re away. I also provide regular photo and message updates so you can have peace of mind. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my highest priorities. About: I’ve had cats & dogs all my life of all different breeds. I recently lost my beagle of 13 years & my schnauzer of 17 years, and I’m ready to be a special part of your pet’s life in whatever capacity needed. I’ve cared for both healthy pets as well as those needing medication, and I respect that each animal has a unique personality with specific needs. I am excited to meet and care for your precious 4 legged (or three!) family members. I’m very flexible and generally available for even same day check ins and walks. I’m available weekends, weekdays, morning to night based on what is needed for boarding or sitting. I currently have 2 indoor friendly cats. I totally understand if your dog is not used to cats, they have their own area/room where they stay so I’ll make sure they don’t have to interact. Outside I have a large fenced in yard. For walks and check-ins, I will take extra care in keeping your pet secure and safe at all times. I know what it’s like to leave a pet family member in the care of someone else when having to be away. I also know some animals are more needy than others and just want someone there for them during the day.

About: I will give your dog lots of love and care. I will keep them happy and healthy while you’re away. I also work for a dog walking company called Wag!, and have taken care of animals for as long as I can remember. I am available everyday of the week, unless I have a prior engagement that day. Nevertheless, I am always ready to take care of your little pooch. I will make sure that your dog will be fed properly, drink plenty of water, and have nice, long walks. And don’t worry, my cat will not harm your dog at all. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me anything. I hope to see you and your dog soon. Thank you :)

About: I have had plenty of experience not only with my own pets, but with my neighbors who needed help with medication for their dogs and with helping out any friends in need in watching their new puppy and apartment! I love animals and this is more of a fun opportunity for me rather than me looking at it as a job! I am grateful for any chance I can get to help someone and to take care of an adorable pet!!! Pet care isn’t just a weekly routine, it’s apart of me everyday life. I always have my dog buddy with me at night and I try to take him out on fun trips like to get a pup cup or go on walks when I can and if not he just follows me around the house and we do everything together. Taking care of him isn’t a chore, it’s just taking care and hanging out with my bestfriend. I care for pets whether it’s giving them meds, taking them potty, whether it’s walking them or just playing with them or even giving them a bath. It’s never too much of a task to hangout with a pet, it’s something I look forward to!

Patti did it again, gave my doggie a safe and happy place to stay. When we got there, Sophie ran right up to Patti, no gestation at all. She remembered her and obviously was happy to be there. Patti is close to all my doctor offices there in Loma Linda, so she's in a perfect location for me when I need her. Thank you Patti!

About: I am an animal lover of all kinds! I have a particular affection for dogs of all breeds and sizes. I have a Maltese named Paris, who is 5 years old, that I rescued during the COVID 19 pandemic. Prior to this, I owned 2 pitbulls (Luca and Tiwa), who unfortunately were separated from me, in a recent divorce. Paris and I miss them very much and we have gotten past the devastation of parting with them, through rescuing and pet-sitting other dogs in the community. I also own a pet clothing and supply business that I am currently re-branding, in order to bring our pet community a better selection of apparel and goods. I am currently working P/T, M- Th from home. Therefore my availability is open and flexible. If my schedule permits, I am open and available for last minute/ emergency services. I provide all of my client's a detailed description of their day/ hours spent, including videos of walk(s), feeding times and the pet's overall activities and mood, during our sitting session.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Moonlight Rim commute.

If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.

A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.

Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:

  • For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
  • For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
  • For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.

Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in CA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 1,396 sitters in Moonlight Rim, 88% respond to messages in under an hour.

You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
