I make sure all pets’ needs are met through daily feeding, walks, playtime, attention, and affection. “Our Ivy is a very skiddish, submissive rescue that we adopted 6 months ago. We scheduled Ivy's first daycare appt for today with Gary and Jayne. As always, I get a bit nervous when leaving her. But, I had faith in Gary and Jayne after our "meet and greet" that their ability and experience with submissive dogs is the kind of daycare experience my dog needed. Everything went great and we plan to schedule appts with them in Oct and Nov.”

I have many references and work with children with special needs so I have been background checked as well. I am flexible with my schedule with an advanced notice. It would also depend on the service that you’re wanting me to do with your pet. I have a patio and a dog park near my home. I have the ability to crate if needed. And I can also stay in your home as well.

I had a prior experience with a different Rover sitter a few months ago (which was my first time using Rover for my puppy) and despite the good reviews, this sitter almost made me give up on Rover. However, I realized I needed to use Rover for doggy daycare since my pup can’t be neutered for another couple of months, and I needed someone to get my lab’s energy out while I work. After looking for a few days, I came across Jon’s page and reached out for a doggy day care request. Right away, I had a great feeling because he asked for a meet and greet which means he is mindful of the dogs he takes in and had a great response time to any questions I had. I waited until my pup’s first week with him to write a review, and I am so so so happy we found Jon! This first week, he did exactly what he said he was going to do aka tire my pup out so I have a balanced WFH life, take care of my pup, and my pup has been extremely excited to see him since then.”

About: I had the best childhood living on a ranch surrounded by all sorts of animals ducks, horses, cats, dogs, and so many more! My grandpa was my guide, teaching me everything there is to know about caring for each and every one of them. Hello there! Im a stay at home mom, I've found myself with some extra time on my hands. I would love to spend my day caring for your adorable furry pets. I live in an apartment surrounded by lots of parks. My apartment complex even has a small field where pets can play. While I may not have a big yard, I do have a cozy and safe home where your pets will be well taken care of. Plus, I'm home full time so I can give your pets all the attention they need.

About: I have had plenty of experience not only with my own pets, but with my neighbors who needed help with medication for their dogs and with helping out any friends in need in watching their new puppy and apartment! I love animals and this is more of a fun opportunity for me rather than me looking at it as a job! I am grateful for any chance I can get to help someone and to take care of an adorable pet!!! Pet care isn’t just a weekly routine, it’s apart of me everyday life. I always have my dog buddy with me at night and I try to take him out on fun trips like to get a pup cup or go on walks when I can and if not he just follows me around the house and we do everything together. Taking care of him isn’t a chore, it’s just taking care and hanging out with my bestfriend. I care for pets whether it’s giving them meds, taking them potty, whether it’s walking them or just playing with them or even giving them a bath. It’s never too much of a task to hangout with a pet, it’s something I look forward to!
