About: I have cared for animals of all kinds for over 32 years. As a young child, I was drawn to just about any animal you can think of. I am very detailed and will put your pets first. I am recently retired but now work a couple of days a week, but for only 1/2 days. I do have flexibility in my schedule. My dogs have a safe fenced in area but spend most of their time indoors. I walk and/or exercise them at least two times a day. One of my dogs has medical needs that I handle. My donkeys' food is weighed out to avoid obesity. I think it is important that I earn the trust of a new animal and build on that. Exercise and training can be helpful to pets that will be spending time alone. I am a firm believer that each animal is unique and requires an approach that works for them.
“Kaitlyn and Jesse were absolutely wonderful!! They cared for our sweet dogs as if they were their own!! One of our adopted dogs has a hard history and Kaitlyn and Jesse were so good with him…he warmed up to them and trusted them over the course of the booking. They were so good at letting us know each day how our sweet dogs were doing and sent fun pictures!! We also live in the countryside and had a scare with some local fires. Kaitlyn and Jesse were quick to make contact with us and tentatively plan for how to keep our dogs safe! They are so kind and friendly!! About: When my sister and I were younger we went around our neighborhood and helped take care of any pets in need. Having two dogs of my own I be understand the love pets deserve. New to Rover but not at all new to caring for pets. I take on personal clients that have been with me for years! I have plenty of time to watch your pets! Whether it’s for one night or a week, I’m available! Depending on your specific requests I can just be a little present or be there at all times. I currently reside in a gated community that is fenced. I know majority of the neighboring residents so there will never be any issues with any pets.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats since I was born. I’ve been raised with them and i’ve always seen how they can positively affect the mental state of those around. Therefore, i’d love to get any chance I get, to take care and love other animals just as much as I love my own! I am available majority of the days in the evening past 3:30. Weekends and Friday for the most part are basically fully opened. I just work my schedule around school and sports. At the moment I take care of my 2 dogs and cat inside of a town house. Therefore I do not have access to a yard so I walk them all together. I walk them every 2-3 hours and feed them in the morning and night with a mid day snack. For stimulation for the pets i’ve taught them how to use speaking buttons and I give them treat puzzles when giving their midday snack.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
