About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 5! I have been asked to dog sit over 50 times, and have even taken care of newborn puppies. I grew up with many extended family members who have owned more than 5 dogs at a time, having to hand feed, give pills, and many other parts of each doggies routine. I love these furry friends, and love to provide others with the peace of knowing they are in good, caring hands I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule, I do my best to make things work that is seamless for your pet to transition into my care. I am often in the Yucaipa/Redlands area and can step away from my work often to be there for your pet :) I am happy to make sure your pet is kept in their normal routine, even meaning walks, cuddles, feedings, play time and more. I have dealt with various pet needs and can accommodate a variety of things!

About: 1. I love meeting dogs on my walk with my "baby"! Now I can meet more. Excited to meet more babies. 2. If I can choice a life right now, it would be a farm full of senior dogs so I can make them feel comfortable and show them love. 3. I think our pets are super dependent on us and I believe in giving them what they need. 4. The only think about us and it's only fair that we need to think about them. 5. I like to talk to my dog because I believe they respond to positive words. 6. A happy dogs has a healthy diet and good excises and lots of kisses. 7. Dogs need to socialize just like us.

About: I’ve been around and taken care of dogs since I was a little girl and throughout all these years I have developed skills in caring for puppies to senior aged dogs . I also have experience in caring for rescue dogs who are in bad shape both physically and mentally. I currently own 3 dogs and 2 of them are small to medium sized breeds and are at that senior age but still love to run around and have sudden bursts of energy. And my third dog is 2 years old and part of a large breed of poodles mixed with a sheepdog. One of the medium sized dogs was a rescue who me and my mom had taken from his previous owners who did nothing to care for him and he was in pretty bad shape and we had to send him to the vet and he required special attention and care in order to nurture him back to health. A few years ago the same dog was attacked by a lab who had managed to get out of its gate and my dog had to get stitches all over his neck and so that also required me and my family to pay special attention to him. I feel this also shows how I do good in handling emergencies because that attack required that I acted quick even though it was a really scary experience. But I love dogs and I’m really good with caring and hanging out with them. I’ve owned the poodle mix since he was a puppy and understand and know those puppy and teenage years all too well. I had previously taken care of a friends dog while they went on vacation and this dog was super high energy but he got along well with my others dogs and was a joy to have around the house and watch over. I am available at any time of the day except for Wednesday’s from 2-10pm and Sundays from the morning to 4pm just because I have church those two days and I help to take care of the children at my church. Here in my home I am in charge of taking care of all the dogs the only thing I don’t do for them in pick up there poops but I take them on daily walks and I have an average but kinda small front yard that they run around in from time to time. On walks I typically go with either my younger brother or my parents to walk all the pets at the park and we always pack them water and treats because I use walks to train my poodle who gets a little too excited whenever he encounters another dog but I also love just exceeding his mind and providing him with that stimulation that dogs get whenever they learn new tricks.

When we returned home our dogs were happy and the house was how we left it. Anika communicated with us daily while we were away, which was appreciated.
