“Meredith was great with my two pups! — 13-year-old German Shepherd who had emergency surgery the day prior and 10-week-old English Cream Retriever who is very high energy and not yet potty trained. Meredith watched my pups in my home while I was away at work. I was updated hourly with photos. She was a pro at taking care of my puppy and followed my instructions to the tee. She even gave my senior pup her pain medication when she seemed uncomfortable. Both my pups were very happy when I returned. I will definitely be using Meredith again in the future!”

About: I have had dogs and cats growing up my entire life and have a ton of experience with both animals. I absolutely love playing with dogs, learning their personalities and snuggling with them as well. starting in the fall, I will be student teaching full-time, but will have evenings and early mornings available. Weekends are also free! It just depends on what week. I cannot right now care for animals in my home as I am living with my parents. While staying in your home, I will make sure your pet is always fed. Walked and played with and safe.

About: I have been working part time at the vets office for two years, taking care of boarded animals. I see a large variety of pets weekly, as I am a kennel attendant. I meet dogs and cats of all ages and breeds all the time. I have always had a special connection with animals. I stopped eating meat when I was six years old because I learned the chickens on the farm were what chicken nuggets are made of. I’ve grown up helping out at farms, as I’ve always had a drive to help animals to the best of my ability. I’ve been watching pets for the past three years and I have never met a dog that didn’t end up liking me by the end of the day! My entire life is based around animals, as I have my own pets and I’m a full-time pet sitter. I truly spend more time with pets than people, and I enjoy it. About: I have periodically taken care of pets all of my life. A roommate of mine had a lab, Lola, and we lived together for 3 years. I knew her from when she was a puppy. I also have other friends now who have dogs and I often care for them. My partner's family also has a scottie, and my relatives have both doodles and labs that I take care of often. I just left my corporate job and am taking some time off while I study for both my school teaching and pilates teaching certification exams. I mostly have an open schedule. Happy to follow whatever environment you wish for your pet. I am careful about closing doors slowly/not opening them all the way/not leaving them open to ensure security.

About: I have owned dogs for my entire life, and have experience training puppies and caring for elderly dogs. I have also babysat or made house visits for other dogs frequently. I am comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and personalities. I would be able to do morning house visits or walks (ending at 11am) on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. I will be available any time on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, granted I have a weeks notice. I am willing to adapt to any caretaking rules you may have in place for your dog at your own home (i.e. the rooms they are allowed in, outside time, etc). I can stay with the dog for as long as you need me to as long as there is communication.

About: I spent the past spring caring for a sweet German shepherd named Lyla. I’ve taken care of my family dog since I was very young. I also grew up a dog sitting for my neighbors and the families I babysat for. I encountered many breeds and many sizes of dogs with various energy levels. I continue to dog sit at school for friends on sports teams, who have to travel for the weekend. I used to volunteer at the Nashville Humane Association for a few hours a week while I was at college. Here I got exposure to all different kinds of breeds of cats and dogs. I really enjoy working with and being around animals. As my life is too uncertain to get a pet of my own, I will take any opportunity to spend some time with animals and others’ pets! I just graduated from Vanderbilt and am working on island for the summer. I can be available all weekdays as well as weekends however my main job schedules varies so just ask! I have over 10 years of experience around dogs and working professionally with different animals. I am very aware of dog safety, and also dog body language and warning signs. And I know how to be very stern and get loving with animals and keep them under control.

Whether your buddy is a couch potato or very active, we can develop a program that will put a smile on their face and a wag in their tail. I have 55-years experience taking care of cats and dogs. Our 2,000 square ft ranch with fenced in backyard is located in a quiet sea coast community two tenths of a mile from the water and open fields. I have high energy, really enjoy taking dogs on long walks along the beach, wooded areas and residential communities.

I would love to provide care for your pets! I work full-time but I generally have two days off on my schedule. I can also visit your pets before and after work and stay overnight! I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding, walks, playtime, and any medication needs. If I’m caring for pets in the client’s home, I treat their space with respect and maintain the pet’s regular schedule to minimize stress. I always make sure pets get plenty of attention, exercise, and affection, so they feel loved and secure while their owners are away.

She is 10 years old and enjoys playing with new friends! I am knowledgable and caring and will provide your dog with lots of love and care! I am comfortable caring for dogs of any size and breed as well as administering medication (oral, injections, eye and ear drops and topicals). I currently work part time from home so I am flexible and available throughout the day to tend to and care for pets in my care I have a fenced in yard, but don’t leave dogs unattended in the yard. I have a dog of my own to provide your dog with companionship and a playmate while they stay with us! A crate is not required but I’m happy to set yours up if it makes your dog comfortable. I can provide care for potty trained dogs, though I am comfortable with and have experience with senior dogs who require diapers.
