About: I’ve always loved taking care of pets. I’ve had a whole zoo of animals like a chinchilla, guinea pigs, cats, fish, dogs, rabbit, turtle, rats, you get the gist! I also volunteered at a local cat shelter for 7 years & that’s where my cats now are from. I’ll always love to take care of pets when I can! I am working full time with Rover and flexible majority of the weekend. I love being outside for walks daily and taking a furry friend along with is the best part I currently take care of an adult 3 year old male tabby cat. He loves his routine of being fed in the morning and playing throughout the day with his owners!

4. Meredith B.

“Meredith was great with my two pups! — 13-year-old German Shepherd who had emergency surgery the day prior and 10-week-old English Cream Retriever who is very high energy and not yet potty trained. Meredith watched my pups in my home while I was away at work. I was updated hourly with photos. She was a pro at taking care of my puppy and followed my instructions to the tee. She even gave my senior pup her pain medication when she seemed uncomfortable. Both my pups were very happy when I returned. I will definitely be using Meredith again in the future!”

5. Kim G.

“Kim was wonderful! I especially appreciated that she understands the complexity and beauty of rescue pups. Our little girl took to her right away!”

I have let my whole family know when they are staying on the island and need Pet sitting to look no further contact Olivia!!”

9. Éva R.

“Éva was a perfect house/puppy sitter for Scout (and us). She was prompt, professional, and caring. She remained in regular contact with updates and photos of Scout. Scout had an enjoyable staycation while I was away from home. I had unexpected delays in traveling back home and Éva was very flexible and accommodating. She reduced the stress for me both in terms of her care for Scout and her attentiveness to the role. I highly recommend Éva without reservation to anyone looking for a puppy sitter.”

10. Marena D.
“I have always known her for putting the pets she cares for first before her own convenience. There have been times when animals she has taken care of weren't given exceptional care by their owners and she rectified it. She loves animals including her car Forest, who wakes her up every morning. I can't recall when she wasn't employed in a job setting that didn't have something to do with animal care. I would fully recommend her for any job involving animals, she cares about them first.”

11. Crystal B.
“Hey there! My name is Jamie Ottaviani and I’m writing in behalf of Crystal B! She would make an excellent care taker for any animal! I have seen her over the years with animals and they immediately gravitate toward her friendly and calm demeanor! She is also a very trustworthy and kind person! She is also very reliable when it comes to other peoples time and needs. Thank you! 🙏🏼”

12. Maxwell A.

“Max was great with Ruby! Super responsive, flexible to her needs and our schedule and all around friendly good person. Thanks again! Will definitely reach out next time we are in town on Cape Cod”

13. Ruby S.
About: I have been working part time at the vets office for two years, taking care of boarded animals. I see a large variety of pets weekly, as I am a kennel attendant. I meet dogs and cats of all ages and breeds all the time. I have always had a special connection with animals. I stopped eating meat when I was six years old because I learned the chickens on the farm were what chicken nuggets are made of. I’ve grown up helping out at farms, as I’ve always had a drive to help animals to the best of my ability. I’ve been watching pets for the past three years and I have never met a dog that didn’t end up liking me by the end of the day! My entire life is based around animals, as I have my own pets and I’m a full-time pet sitter. I truly spend more time with pets than people, and I enjoy it. I take great pride in caring for pets, whether in my own home or others'. I go above and beyond to ensure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable, providing them with personalized attention and care. From maintaining their routines to offering plenty of playtime and cuddles, I make sure their environment is stress-free and enjoyable. Whether it's administering medications or ensuring they have all the comforts they need, I treat each pet as if they were my own, always striving to exceed expectations! I do not take any dogs with even the slightest aggression towards other animals into my home.

“Jennifer seems to really enjoy dogs and is very attentive and responsible when tending to them. She’s careful to ensure they get enough exercise during her daily walks by transitioning from walking to running as her dog’s needs and interests change.
