About: Growing up I’ve always had a love for animals particularly dogs. I don’t think there has been a point in my life I’ve lived without a dog or two. Now as an adult I’ve turned that passion into dog sitting and caring for others pets. It’s hard to find someone you trust and feel comfortable with as this is dog is part of your family. I would love to help with that. I’ve been a dog sitter for over 26 years now through word of mouth. I have personally owned many chihuahuas, huskies, shepherd mix and a coonhound. About: Growing up my family always owned one or two golden retrievers at a time and instantly fell in love with the breed. I worked at a dog boarding/day care facility for about 3 years. I’ve worked with many different types of breeds along with all sorts of temperaments. With that came taking care of dogs of ALL ages. I’ve handled up to 15 large dogs at a time, also handling cats. Absolutely loved my job and hope to continue working with animals:) I work at a School in Grand Haven, Monday-Friday till around 4p.m. (Sometimes later) So, my evenings are open to walks & drop-ins. My weekends are still available for house sitting, drop-ins, and walks! I was lucky enough to grow up with a mom that did full time pet sitting at one point and got to tag along on all her trips. I also pet sit for family and friends. Including overnights, walks, and administering medications, eye drops, pills, ect. So, I know how important it is to be mindful of someone’s else’s home and their four-legged (sometimes three) loved ones.

About: I come from a family that has always sheltered, rescued, and spoiled all the fur babies that come into our lives. Patience and affection are our gifts. I work part time out of the house and part time in my home. That leaves my schedule open to caring for others pets in my home or for drop ins and walks.
