About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life and I truly love all animals! I will treat your pet like my own and they will love to have me around. I have experience with administering meds and have cared for all ages from puppy to seniors. I work 2-3 days a week as a cashier at a thrift store but my schedule is very flexible I don’t start work until 10:30am and I’m always out of work by 6pm. I am usually sewing projects on my machine if I am not working or caring for pets. I have 2 dogs of my own, a German Shepherd Dog and an Australian Kelpie and care for my parents’ husky regularly. I have a fully fenced in yard and would be willing to care for your dog at my home if needed.

On walks, I keep dogs securely leashed and stay alert around other dogs, traffic, and wildlife.

About: **Beginning 9/22/26 we will be taking a few months hiatus as we welcome our first baby! If you are one of our routine clients, feel free to message us anyway as we may be ready to take dogs sooner - you never know 😊** I moved away from the New England area during the pandemic and came to the Midwest where I didn’t know anyone. Back home, I had friends and family begging me to go on vacation so they could dog sit my dog, but here, without knowing too many people, finding a dog sitter was a really difficult ordeal. Thankfully, Rover and other apps helped, especially when I was able to travel again. I'm looking to help out in the same way this app and others helped me. I live in a large home with my wife Kelly, two dog friendly cats, and a very chill dog of our own. Pearl and Boy are our orange kitties and Candy is a 55lb brown lab mix. Candy and I used to be a certified therapy animal team when we had more time on our hands. All three animals love company (mostly human company but other animals are more than welcome, too) so your pet will definitely not be alone while you're away between us five. We do have a fenced-in yard and all dogs are welcome to roam the entire house - especially if you also allow that in your home. But if your animal needs their own space, we have a loft area, the yard, and various dog beds to decompress throughout the house. The old owners of our home used to be dog breeders and the home came with amenities specifically catered to hosting dogs. While we don’t and won’t breed ourselves, these features of the home make a great dog-friendly home for any pet while you’re away! We both work full time but Kelly is home three days a week and I’m home the other two. Typically my day revolves around when I should take the dogs out anyway. Usually one walk around 7am, another around noon, another around 5 when I get back and one before bed. How we care for your pet will be completely up to you and how you normally care for them. The goal is to keep the disruption of a routine to a minimum while treating your dog to a change of scenery and a new friend

About: I grew up with dogs and have taken care of them until they were old. I am good with pets loving and stern.I will care for all animals like they are mine. I currently have a part time job where I work various hours, but I have lots of moments of free time that I love to spend with animals. I have a dog friendly house where they can’t get in to anything that may hurt them. I can keep them company and provide toys as well.

About: I can work with dogs that have anxiety and aggressive. And cats too and any other animals. As I love animals of any size big or small Saturday-Sunday I can do anytime Monday-Friday after 2:30pm unless I'm staying in the house sitting and petsitting. Then time doesn't really matter as much then. Environment would be your home as I rent and they don't allow petsitting. Depends if yard is fence area if it is then I will play ball with them.

About: I’ve taken care of animals as long as I can remember, from cats and their kittens, to hamsters and Guinea pigs, squirrels, mice and of course dogs. I’ve had a few cats of my own and currently have an almost 9 year old pitbull and 10 year old cat. I also have experience with deaf animals (I had a beautiful deaf American bulldog Staffordshire terrier mix) and am very comfortable giving medications/shots. My dog is also reactive so I’m very familiar handling those kinds of situations. I’ve always thrived around animals and thoroughly enjoy taking care of and loving on as many as I can. I’m open to anything, walks, drop ins, and overnights in your home. If your pets are happy so am I! I’m currently working part time, so I have a very flexible schedule and I’m hoping to get as many hours with animals as I can get! About: Growing up my family always owned one or two golden retrievers at a time and instantly fell in love with the breed. I worked at a dog boarding/day care facility for about 3 years. I’ve worked with many different types of breeds along with all sorts of temperaments. With that came taking care of dogs of ALL ages. I’ve handled up to 15 large dogs at a time, also handling cats. Absolutely loved my job and hope to continue working with animals:) I work at a School in Grand Haven, Monday-Friday till around 4p.m. (Sometimes later) So, my evenings are open to walks & drop-ins. My weekends are still available for house sitting, drop-ins, and walks! In the summer there is lots more availability! I was lucky enough to grow up with a mom that did full time pet sitting at one point and got to tag along on all her trips. I also pet sit for family and friends. Including overnights, walks, and administering medications, eye drops, pills, ect. So, I know how important it is to be mindful of someone’s else’s home and their four-legged (sometimes three) loved ones.
