My older dog is typically quite anxious being separated from us, but when we visited Terry’s home for a meet-and-greet, she went right out into the yard to explore without hesitation. Terry texted pictures of Riley and Ava every single day and was particular about learning their specific needs and peculiarities before we left. “Félix is beyond AMAZING ! He has such a beautiful heart and Love for dogs. I took my Shelby over for a meet and greet. I had never left her before and was very anxious about having to leave her for such a long time- 3 weeks. Anxious being an understatement. But I left the meet and greet 100% certain that she would be loved, spoiled and incredibly well taken care of. And she was. When I picked her up, she was happy and healthy and I could feel the bond that had formed between them. Felix was so wonderful about keeping me updated. He sent lots of photos and videos, took her on long walks every day, and has a huge fenced in backyard where she could run off her energy. I highly recommend Felix, would Absolutely leave my little girl with him again. I can’t imagine that there is anyone out there who could possibly do as well of a job or a better job of loving and caring for my best friend. I wouldn’t even consider leaving her with anyone else because I have found the very best in Felix.”

About: I have always loved animals. My favorite thing to do is go on walks because I get to spend time with my best buddies and I get some excercise myself. All dogs have a unique personality and I love getting the opportunity to get to know each dog. I am a pretty active person myself so I am able to power walk or even run to get the dogs energy out! My schedule is pretty flexible but I prefer mornings and afternoons (morning walks are always peaceful and nice). I am willing to travel to trails and other walking areas to give the dog a new adventure and so they do not get bored with the same walking routine. I think even dogs like to change up where they walk every now and then! My current work schedule is already extremely flexible. I am able to work around any pet care visits and walks. I would love to spend the extra time I have caring for animals as they always make days brighter! Currently I am only doing care at the clients home. We just moved and currently do not have a fence set up yet. Our two dogs listen pretty well so we don’t have to worry about them running off, but I don’t want to risk watching anyone else’s fur baby at our home until we have a fence put up! I am willing to care for pets at the clients home and can promise I won’t make a mess and will clean up after myself and the pet!

“I came to Grand Rapids on a last-minute work thing and didn’t want to leave Roxy in the hotel alone for 4 to 6 hours in the evening. I reached out to a couple of folks on rover and Miranda was one of the first ones that replied and was able to take Roxy. This was my first time as a doggy dad leaving Rox with with somebody I didn’t know. We met Miranda at her house and after meeting her found that she is truly a really nice person that truly loves animals and made it easy for me to leave her there. Roxy took to her almost immediately. I picked Roxy up the next morning and everything was great. She’d been walked and had play time few times and she was her normal goofy happy self. Great job!”

About: We are a Christian home with a very active family! I’m thankful that my job allows me to spend most of my days at home with the kids and dog. Our dog is very friendly and loves new visitors. She’s smaller, but loves the big dogs best! My daughter on the other hand loves the smaller dogs. We will happily welcome them all! About: I’ve always had animals of my own, basically since I was old enough to walk. I started my own pet-sitting business when I was 13. I’m the go-to for friends and family when they need their babies cared for and I love every breed. I studied veterinary medicine for a number of years and have more recently begun to train dogs, as well. I work full-time but I make my own schedule. I also live just a few minutes away from my work and can pop back to my house when need be. I’m already taking care of our senior dog, our new puppy, and our two cats. About: If my husband would let me, I’d buy a zoo (come on powerball). I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I’ve never met a pet that I didn’t want to spoil and cuddle. My daughter calls me a “stay at home pet mom”. Most days I’m home all day, with the exception of an occasional errand, appointment, drop ins for other dogs, or maybe a date night. We have 3 rescue kitties, who are like my tiny babies, very spoiled. Bam- who loves to help walk all the pups, and my girls- Pumpkin, and Elsa- who try to avoid visiting dogs at ALL cost. Basically I’m their “do-girl”. They all know how to talk me into extra treats. We also have Cash- a 1.5 year old, 30lb. Cocker Spaniel- who likes to think he’s a 125lb Husky. He hasn’t met a dog, big or small, he doesn’t like. We have a new pup, a female cocker spaniel, Carter. She’s 8 months now, she has appointed herself Official Play Time Supervisor of any and all dog guest- your pups will go home tired. Occasionally our daughter’s Boston Terrier, Franklin will visit, he hasn’t met a person, dog, or cat, he doesn’t like. He’s truly the best boy. I have had to administer meds in the past and don’t mind doing so. Animal caretaking is my full time job and my family is 1000% okay with that. I’ve never met an animal that I didn’t want to bring home with me. We just moved from Sparta to Ravenna, and we’re now on 3 acres. Your fur baby is invited and encouraged to make our house their home away from home. They will be well spoiled and loved, as my entire family will be doting on them.

About: I’ve lived with cats my whole life. I’ve had the responsibility of feeding and cleaning them since I was 14. I am very excited to take care of other pets and keep them safe. I feed my two cats three scoops each day (three scoops for each of them), give them lots of fresh water, and clean their litter boxes every day. I not only take care of my pets to make sure they are safe and healthy, but I play with them and have lots of fun with them.
About: I have several years of experience with dogs while growing up, I have two dogs of my own right now; Atticus and Kaya. I promise your animals will be taken cared of and loved on. My work schedule is a bit usual, I’ll have days off during the week and weekend, it’s different every week but I’ll keep my schedule updated. My babies go out every 1-2 hours, fed in the morning and evening with snacks and snuggles in between. I adore my dogs and I will love on yours.

“Félix is beyond AMAZING ! He has such a beautiful heart and Love for dogs. I took my Shelby over for a meet and greet. I had never left her before and was very anxious about having to leave her for such a long time- 3 weeks. Anxious being an understatement. But I left the meet and greet 100% certain that she would be loved, spoiled and incredibly well taken care of. And she was. When I picked her up, she was happy and healthy and I could feel the bond that had formed between them. Felix was so wonderful about keeping me updated. He sent lots of photos and videos, took her on long walks every day, and has a huge fenced in backyard where she could run off her energy. I highly recommend Felix, would Absolutely leave my little girl with him again. I can’t imagine that there is anyone out there who could possibly do as well of a job or a better job of loving and caring for my best friend. I wouldn’t even consider leaving her with anyone else because I have found the very best in Felix.”
