Derek was very accommodating with pickup/drop off times and even let us pick our dog up for a few hours one day to make an appearance at the event. We had a perfect weekend! Derek was very kind and understanding of our shy dog, and our dog had a great time! He has great "dog vibes" which our sensitive dog definitely picked up on.
