During the summer I take dogs to kirk park dog beach , which is heaven for them I can work from home so I’ll be able to oversee them. My yard is about 1000 sq ft. This includes puppies, kittens, senior dogs and cats, and anything in between. I believe every animal deserves the best care they can get and there is no such thing a a bad animal, only bad owners. Im very high energy but also very patient and do a lot of studying in my free time so I can take care of high energy animals or animals who do nothing! I am also a firm believer on not harshly punishing animals ESPECIALLY hitting them, I’d rather redirect! Im currently wanting to make this a full time gig on top of doing DoorDash in between visits if I’m not staying full time! If I’m staying full time the only time I’d leave the house is to go to the gym, but if that’s not possible in a specific situation that is okay! I can do anything your animals needs at your home. Whether it be going for a walk/run or playing, as Im very athletic. Cleaning litter boxes or picking up poop. Washing dogs or cats. If they want to cuddle or just run around Im good with anything!
About: I have had pets in my home for all of my life; however, I started actually taking responsibility for them around age 9. In addition to taking care of the animals in my family, I have cared for many different familes' pets as well. I have watched dogs, cats, bunnies, and guinea pigs! I genuinely like spending time with animals better than humans and love giving them the love and attention they deserve! I am currently a college student, however, maintain a pretty flexible schedule. I only have classes on two days of the week and I’m open to overnights as well. I care for pets in my own home by giving them as much love and attention as I can. I do this by meeting their physical and emotional needs, for example, play time and walks along with the basics like food and water.
About: Growing up my family always owned one or two golden retrievers at a time and instantly fell in love with the breed. I worked at a dog boarding/day care facility for about 3 years. I’ve worked with many different types of breeds along with all sorts of temperaments. With that came taking care of dogs of ALL ages. I’ve handled up to 15 large dogs at a time, also handling cats. Absolutely loved my job and hope to continue working with animals:) I work at a School in Grand Haven, Monday-Friday till around 4p.m. (Sometimes later) So, my evenings are open to walks & drop-ins. My weekends are still available for house sitting, drop-ins, and walks! I was lucky enough to grow up with a mom that did full time pet sitting at one point and got to tag along on all her trips. I also pet sit for family and friends. Including overnights, walks, and administering medications, eye drops, pills, ect. So, I know how important it is to be mindful of someone’s else’s home and their four-legged (sometimes three) loved ones.
