“Hailey was WONDERFUL. Our dog, although fairly chill, has some high maintenance needs (tripod, undergoing chemotherapy, special diet, daily medications). This was our first trip my husband and I were able to take since Silas received his cancer diagnosis, and as you can imagine — the anxiety of finding care for him was a huge initial stressor for us. We desperately needed the time away, but the comfort and safety of our dog was top priority. Hailey stayed with Silas for 7 days and updated us multiple times a day along the way. She had no concerns regarding her ability to care for him while we were gone, which was such a relief for us. We simply could not have sound anyone better and more qualified to stay with and care for him. My husband and I were so thankful for our peaceful, stress-free time away, which was only possible thanks to Hailey. HAILEY - WE APPRECIATE YOU SO MUCH. 🫶”

She always shows up on time, extremely present, and will do anything she has to do to ensure the pets receive the best possible care. I would recommend her to anyone with pet care needs. She has previous watched my animals with no problem whatsoever and my pets aren’t super friendly and absolutely fell in love with Camryn and seemed to not even care I was gone haha!”

She was able to help us out in a pinch when we needed someone to watch our dogs for 10 days with very little notice. Just before our trip, our older great dane needed knee surgery and we were nervous about leaving him with a sitter. Rachel put our worries at ease and was an excellent listener to our concerns and very patient with all of the care that he needed. She was diligent about his physical therapy and medications, and sent us frequent emails with pictures/videos while we were out of the country so we didn't worry once about the capable hands he was in. We are very happy to have found Rachel and will be using her again for our next vacations.”
