About: Welcome pet parents my name is Leandra Hanner. I bring a fun approach to pet care. I love taking dogs on walks and playing with cats! I’m comfortable with high energy dogs along with gentle care for seniors. When you book with us your pet becomes part of the family. I know leaving your pet can be hard so I try to make the transition as stress free as possible. My approach to pet care is simple patience, love and reliability. My husband doesn’t work weekends at all and together we’re pretty much always available to ensure your furry friend feels at home and gets the attention they deserve. I live in a quiet solo apartment ( no shared walls). With plenty of room for dogs to roam and feel cozy and secure. I understand that dogs are family and it’s my top priority to maintain their routine and comfort. We will treat them like our own! Leash safety- We will bring every dog out on a leash during outings for safety. Supervision- Your dog will never be left unsupervised with my 3 dog friendly cats unless I'm 100% confident they’re comfortable together. My pets- I have 3 dog friendly cats who can retreat to their own space and even be separated if needed. Trust- I am happy to provide frequent updates and photo updates to give you peace of mind while you are away. Environment- We keep our apartment clean and tidy and pet friendly. We always have water out and will make sure the cat’s food is up high so the dog can’t eat it. Your dog will get tons of attention and affection while staying with us along with a stress free environment and home like setting. Happy to provide walks and lots of playtime.

About: I have always grown up with pets, from dogs to rodents I’ve always had some fur little friend in my life. I adore being able to make a pets life more enjoyable and bright, whether that means going out and about or being a couch potato, I want to be there. I just recently got accepted to a master program at Notre Dame (crazy excited), due to that I have class from eight to noon Monday through Thursday and for the month of August and partially into September. I will have a Friday class however most afternoons I should be free and if not, I will always work with my schedule and your schedule to find the best time that works to see your pets! I personally love having a directions list, something that I can follow to keep both your mind and my mind at peace knowing that what is written down will make sure that you pet will be safe and still have a good time. I would also love to be able to meet you and your pet before any bookings so that both you and your pet feel comfortable with who I am!

About: I grew up having a family dog (golden retriever) as well as guinea pigs. Now, my husband and I have two cats and two dogs. I do have a full-time job that is more flexible from September-May but picks up in the summer. So while I’m on my off-season I am available to help with drop-ins! I can feed them, give meds, play with them, etc. *full transparency- i do not have much experience with reactive dogs, so as long as that isnt the case I am totally able to handle your pup. I also LOVE cats! I can take care of other animals as well. I work as a property manager for a family, but summer is really when I’m busy. Fall to winter is much slower since this is a second home to them. I entertain myself by playing with my own pups and kitties! I have a fenced-in backyard which is great for playing with my pups, who would be THRILLED to have a puppy friend to play with! I feed them and my two cats twice a day and i make sure to play with my cats as well.

“We were a little unsure about having someone come stay with our dogs, but Mykala was definitely the answer to prayers. Our concern was completely gone upon meeting her and our dogs loved her. She was so attentive to them and of course they loved that. She always kept us up to date with what was going on and she sent us pictures, which showed us how content and happy they were. We definitely will be taking more trips knowing Mykala will be keeping Bandit and Lindy company.”

About: I’ve been taking care of cats and dogs all throughout high school, specifically with families and working couples. I understand the importance pets have in the structure of any family, and it’s my pleasure to offer peace knowing your pet is being taken care of and loved while you’re away. I like meeting pets where they’re at, wether it’s running around a park with energetic Border Collies or lounging around with a chill cat. As a full time college student, I see my pets between classes, take care of them during my study breaks, and even bring them to my favorite study spots!
