Se evidenció un manejo responsable y atento en todo momento, así como la paciencia necesaria para atenderlo adecuadamente. Me generó confianza saber que estaba en buenas manos. Ha sido una experiencia satisfactoria.”

“Lynn is an absolute Godsend! She provided me multiple updates daily including photos. She offered food and health recommendations as well as resources to review and research. Lynn pampered and spoiled ChiChi during our nearly weeklong vacation. I would trust her with my own life, not just my dog’s life. She’s that darn good! I will only use her from now on and recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter!! Thank you again Lynn!!! 🫶🏼”

“Kevin and his wife Piper took exceptional care of my golden retriever, Point! From start to finish, I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such great hands. They went above and beyond by sending plenty of pictures, which really showed how comfortable and happy Point was during his stay, it meant so much to see him having such a great time. It’s clear they truly care about the dogs they watch and treat them like their own. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I will most definitely be having them watch Point again. Highly recommend!”

“Victoria took really good care of Beans, kept me updated and always responded to my messages quickly. She was kind and had a great environment for pups. She took her for walks and let her sleep with her in the bed. Beans had a great time there!”

“Paul & Kelly took excellent care of Dewey and were easy to work with. I came over before my trip for a meet & greet and they were very reassuring. I got regular updates & pictures. Dewey loved the big yard & got lots of gentle attention & play time from the Boys.”

“Our dogs had a wonderful stay! Josie sent us updates throughout their stay with her. She had a great set up with a large backyard for the dogs to play. We are so happy we found her and will definitely request her again when we are back in the area.”

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
