“Abby saved Arty’s life while she was sitting. He became very seriously ill the second day I was gone. I was on a boat in glacier bay Alaska and could not be reached for 2 days. I had not left a letter authorizing payment to his vets (my bad) and when she called, they refused. So she had the good sense to show up at their door with him in their arms after calling everyone who I listed as support and trying on her own to revive him. (He is diabetic). He had been in ICU for 2 days by the time I got all her messages. The waters parted and I was able to get home the same day. In the meantime, she visited him in ICU and gave him love and encouragement. It turned out that he had a ruptured gall bladder and they removed it along with cleaning out all the granular black debris from his abdominal cavity. He has almost recovered completely now, only one week later. I know he would not be alive if it wasn’t for Abby. Grateful is an understatement! Abby is all that a pet owner could want to look after their beloved fur baby.”

About: I’ve worked with animals almost my entire life from dogs and cats to horses, goats, and chickens. I worked teaching kids how to handle animals for many years. I have three dogs, two small elderly mutts and a 3 year old German Shepard/malinois. I’ve dog sat for family friends for up to 3 weeks at a time. I love working with animals and it’s been a passion of mine for years. I’m extremely flexible and can work with any schedule. I’m in college and do mostly online classes. I can conform to any set schedule your pets already on. My childhood dog has anxiety so I’m used to taking care of anxious, clingy, and high energy dogs. I have experience with a wide variety of cats as well. My main priority is your animal(s) comfort.

About: I have worked in the vet field for 5+ years. Also am familiar with boarding procedures. I.e: special feeding instructions, Separate feeding + meds etc I am a very active person. Walking for a good amount of time would not phase me and if your pets requires some outdoor time. That expectation will definitely be met. “I loved Andrea taking care of my cat Billy and the odd menagerie of feral cats that live at my home. She did an outstanding job. She follow the instructions carefully and was able to follow them and feed all the cats and take good care of Billy and the others. She stayed and played with Billy, which he loved. She maintained the litter robot, which is sometimes a challenge. She kept everything clean and took care of them the day I came home so I didn’t have to worry about them. I highly recommend Andrea, she is very conscientious and pays attention to detail and send pics and is really aware of how special our babies are to us and she is very good with cats. I will use her again when I attend my brother’s wedding soon.”

About: I have experienced with hands on care for dogs and cats of all age, proving daily walks, administering basic medications, and proving lots of love. Making sure the pets feel comfortable and safe is always a top priority. I’m a current full time students, so I have availability throughout the week for drop ins in the morning or evening. I am available all week for pet sitting. I can provided safety, trust and security in the environment by attending introduction meetings with pet parents either in person or virtually to establish needs of pet care. During stay, I will send update pictures and text.

About: I've taken care of larger dogs such as Rotties, German shepherds, and Labs. I've also taken care of smaller dogs and puppies. With the dogs that I've cared for, I've fed them twice a day, provided enrichment, walks, playtime, and lazy time. I have cared for litters before which is super fun, adorable and hectic as expected. At the moment I have an abundance of free time so I am looking to allocate the majority of it toward caring for people's pets. I tend to let the animal dictate the terms. If they want affection and playtime then it's all theirs, but if they desire space I'll let them be. They get food in the morning and evening, with some treats interspersed throughout the day if they've been on good behavior. Dogs are taken out around 4 times per day, more if required (depending on the dog). Cat litter is scooped at the end of a visit/day and dogs are picked up after immediately.
