About: I love dogs and have taken care of many different breeds for many years. When I'm dog-sitting, I treat them as if they were my own pets. When their "parents" are gone, it's important to make them feel secure. That's why I prefer to dog-sit in the pet's home. Also, I work in the medical field and know when a dog needs to see the vet. I am a semi-retired medical writer/editor and I work from home exclusively. This means that when I'm caring for your pet, I'm home with them every day all day. All I need to do my work is access to wi-fi. Also, I've had birds for more than 40 years, so if you have a bird in addition to your dog, you can trust me with its care. I mentioned earlier that I prefer to care for pets in their own home. It's less disruptive and helps them to feel secure. That's important to me.

About: Hey there! I’m Lorenzo, nice to meet you! I grew up on the beach in North Peru, and we have always had dogs in the family. In my lifetime I have owned and cared for 10 dogs of my own, including Labradors, Golden retriever, Argentine dogo, Cane corso, and Belgian shepherd. I started working as a dog sitter at the age of 2019 in Santa Barbara, CA. Since then, I have cared for dogs of all ages and sizes. With only 1-3 hours of classes per day, and flexible working hours, I have a nicely adjustable schedule to better fit the needs of my customers. I like to provide space and time so the furry friend gets to know me a little bit by simply hanging out inside the house before going outside. I am punctual on meals in case of strict schedules, and can provide potty breaks as often as needed.

She stayed here with our beloved pittie during our week+ away and though I had been really nervous about finding care for Lily and about leaving her (due to pandemic she had grown accustomed to her humans being home 24-7 for over a year), I was able to relax about it as soon as I found Kim and spoke with her. She was a responsive and thorough communicator both before and during our trip, she sent photos and updates every day, and went above and beyond the minimum walks to take Lily on fun outings and even to the dog beach. She left our house clean and tidy and secure. Most importantly, she truly appreciated Lily's wonderfulness and seemed to really enjoy spending time with her, giving her lots of love and affection. Lily was very happy and healthy when we got back.”

About: I’ve lived with dogs my whole life.I can take your dog to parks or to the rivers to swim. At the park we can play with your dogs toys. I like to maintain myself busy and responsible but also have fun when taking care of cute furry friends. With school I am a lot more flexible with talking care of loved ones. I have a spacious fenced yard and plenty of shade for your friend. We have a deck as well. Their is a park and river near by so we can go on walks and play. I have a blanket as well for your friend.

About: Having cared for many dogs, cats and farm animals of my own and for others, I offer responsible canine care to pets and owners in Carmel. I have trained and cared for dogs and horses throughout the years. I am easygoing, yet direct in my approach to care and comfort the animals i have and host. I am home most days and evenings. I primarily work from home and I am active throughout the day. I typically take morning, mid day and evening walks with my dog(s) and allow them to have free roam in the house and yard. I am to offer flexiblility with your pets needs at my home or in yours. My home is pet friendly, accommodating and safe, I also have a fully fenced yard with patio, grass areas and gardens. I make sure that food, water, treats and play things are available at all times for all pets. I also set areas for downtime, relaxation and naps inside and outside the house, and provide regular interaction and amusement throughout the day.
