Pet Sitting in Big Sur

About: *New to Rover…NOT new to pet sitting!* Hi there! My name is Gisella. I live in Big Sur and I absolutely adore dogs (and cats). I’ve owned dogs throughout my whole life…I don’t remember ever not having a dog, actually. All of our dogs have always been rescues/adopted, and with that comes its challenges, especially dealing with different types of personalities in dogs. I’m comfortable with all dogs, big or small, young or old. I worked for Carmel Valley Vet and was team leader at Dawg House Grooming Salon in Carmel Valley Village. I can ensure your pet will be in great care with some of my amazing references. I have years of dog sitting/walking, house sitting experience and I’ll treat your pets as my own. I’m currently working part-time, so I’m pretty flexible. I can do overnights in your home or in my home (as long as my dog approves), I can do drop in visits, and I can do walks. I can pretty much do anything you need. I have a fully fenced front yard. The property is not accessible to any trails as we live on a cliff side. However, I can drive about five minutes and walk your pup if need be. If I’m staying in your home I will do whatever you usually do for your pet.

About: I’ve taken care of multiple dogs since the age of 17. Family and friends have trusted me on walking and feeding their pets when they have vacations or are simply just busy:) I’m available all weekends and weekdays to play, feed, bathe, walk, give attention, and babysit if you have any upcoming vacations or urgent emergencies you may have! While you're out of town, I'll make sure your dog feels right at home! Daily walks, playtime, cuddles, and lots of love will keep them happy and well-cared for. 🐾🏠💕

My two dogs and I are ready to welcome your pup into our pack for playdates, long naps, and all the fetch they can handle!" About: I have experienced with hands on care for dogs and cats of all age, proving daily walks, administering basic medications, and proving lots of love. Making sure the pets feel comfortable and safe is always a top priority. I’m a current full time students, so I have availability throughout the week for drop ins in the morning or evening. I am available all week for pet sitting. I can provided safety, trust and security in the environment by attending introduction meetings with pet parents either in person or virtually to establish needs of pet care. About: Dog sand cat sitting, waste pickup, housekeeping, senior care, potty training, basic command training (sit, e.g.), bathing and brushing, endless cuddles and playtime. These are just the tip of the iceberg! I am committed to making sure your furry family members feel at home, safe, and happy while with me. Pets are part of daily life for all of us and I want to honor that by providing them a routine. Typically I will schedule in walks or outings, playtime, feeding time, grooming time, etc., depending on the animal and their usual routines. I do my best to match what you have created already but may need to adjust here or there for other appointments that pop up for me. I prefer to care for your pets in your home as that is where they will be most comfortable. It’s best to maintain a routine with animals, especially when their family is away. I want to limit any additional stress while still providing plenty of fun time and rest. While in your home, I can also clean or organize. I do not take up space and am happy to be there only as much as is requested by you.

About: Ive been an animal lover since I was little, Ive had all types of animals growing up and absolutely love caring for all pets. My roommates travel often and I take care of their senior dog Riley, he is deaf and blind so he needs a lot of extra TLC. I am local to south salinas, I have my own business and make my own schedule. I have my office 3 mins away from home so have the flexibility. Commutation is the most important thing for me, making sure you have updates about your pet and making sure they feel safe and protected weather it’s on a walk or home sitting.

About: I’ve taken care of different breeds and types of dogs, including catahoula leopard dogs, golden retrievers, labs, yorkies, and hounds, over the past couple of years. The dogs I’ve taken care of range from the ages of 3 months to 13 years. I have also taken care of pups after being neutered, which required extra attention to incision site as well as giving daily medications. I’m currently working full time in San Jose, but am completely available weekends. I also am available early mornings and late evenings. I have in the past worked from home to stay with pups for multiple days in a row. The dogs I have cared for have always been in the client’s home, which have been both indoor and outdoor dogs. I ensure to stay on schedule for the dogs to ensure they are comfortable while their family is away.
