I am very pleased with the care given to my beloved cats. Savannah and Rover are the team to go to when you need someone you can trust to look after your sweet pets. I expect to use these services exclusively in the future and unreservedly recommend them to other pet owners.

Madisyn is doing a great job of getting to know my reactive dog Roo and taking care of her when I'm away. She's been awesome at going at our speed and we just had a successful drop-in, where she was very communicative and left thorough care notes, which I really appreciate. Would definitely use her services again.

Vita always does amazing with our dog and recently watched our new kitten as well. She is very communicative and takes lots of photos and videos.

My cats and I couldn’t have been happier with everything Desiree did for them on her drop-ins. It is clear that she loves animals and they feel the same way about her.

Helena was great - consistent, reliable, got some play time in with my brave cat, and even got some scritches in with my terribly shy cat. I appreciate the daily photos and updates - much less stressful on the cats than being boarded, and less stressful on me knowing they're getting reliable, daily care and check ins.

Annmarie was AWESOME with our 2 dogs and cat. She had great communication through our entire trip and went out of her way to take extra care of the dogs to calm them during 4th of July fireworks. Will 100% be asking her to watch them again!

So grateful for Johanna and taking us on as new clients only a week before a holiday when we needed a sitter the most. She’s so diligent and followed every instruction beautifully!

Davis was awesome. Super glad to have a new cat sitter here in town. He was so sweet with our cats and communicate communicated very well. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Vanessa did an amazing job. My cat is very shy and by the second day she was sitting on Vanessa's lap. She has a special way with animals. I will definitely use her again. I was very impressed.

Aaliyah did a wonderful job without 3 cats. She took excellent care of them. We have her booked again!

Colin took great care of my dog and two cats while I was gone on vacation for a week. It was so nice knowing the pets were in good hands and seeing their happy faces with the check-in pictures. Would highly recommend Colin for stress-free pet care!

Erica took great care of our kitties while we were away, she sent lots of photos and provided very entertaining updates/notes each day. super grateful!

My husband and I had planned and booked a 2 week bucket list trip to Peru and were set to leave in 7 weeks. We had arranged our normal pet sitter that we’ve used for years to come and take care of our (almost) 15 year old cat, Mr. Christmas. It was around that time that Mr. Christmas stopped eating. Mr. Christmas had no real health conditions, no meds…and he was declining fast. After extensive testing, imaging, and seeing a specialist, he was diagnosed with either IBD or cancer and was going to need a lot of follow up. He was on multiple oral medications and he still wasn’t eating great. I couldn’t leave him in the house with someone who can only come see him once a day. He needed more support and our normal pet sitter couldn’t provide that for him. I was fully prepared to cancel the trip, but thought I’d go on Rover to see if anyone could match what we were looking for and if anyone would be willing to do what we were asking. We needed three, hour-long visits daily, forcing food at him, weighing him, and administering multiple daily medications. I found Melanie explaining what I was looking for, and I was really impressed that she was up early at 4:30am to message me. Melanie communicated with me each week leading up to our trip. We initially didn’t have a diagnosis and I needed vet clearance to leave him. Melanie asked many questions, and when we finally were told that he was stable enough to leave, she came over to our house with a list of questions to go over with us. He’s got a bit…a lot…of an attitude. She made sure that she didn’t approach him and waited for him to come to her. She was so thoughtful about every detail of their interaction in front of us. My husband and I both felt that even though she is a stranger to us, there was something calming about her and she was very professional. We knew Mr. Christmas would be okay, but I wasn’t expecting him to thrive the way that he did. Melanie never missed a visit. She never asked for anything from me. She communicated with me daily throughout the two weeks. She braved picking him up to put him on the scale multiple times. Mr. Christmas gained weight with Melanie. He wasn’t gaining weight with me at home, but she is just that good. Pictures of Mr. Christmas started with him sleeping alone, and then he got closer and closer to her on the couch. He even started inviting her to watch him in the litter box (I’m mortified), but he only does this with “his people”. Our dog came to visit at home a few days to see Mr. Christmas (they are besties), and Melanie had no problem cuddling our dog while visiting Mr. Christmas. To describe Melanie in one or two words, I would say she is easygoing and pays great attention to detail. She makes everything seem easy and carefree, and my anxiety really appreciated that on this trip. I got home from 15 days away from him, and he is this thick ball of fluffy happiness. He was WELL taken care of. We could have never gone on this trip without Melanie. She is a true gem and I will be referring anyone and everyone I know to her. Chloe did another great job dropping in on Fae twice yesterday. Fae was well cared gir and calm when we returned for the day.

Lizzy was an outstanding dog sitter! She took amazing care of my dogs and kept me updated on everything and sent lots of photos! My dogs were super happy to see her highly recommend her as a dog sitter! She even helped with issues involving my fire alarm and stayed for my maintenance people to try and fix it couldn’t have picked a better dog sitter!

This week I was unable to make it home at lunch each day to let my pups out but I wasn’t worried about them because Deidre was available to do drop in visits. She is amazing and both my pups love it when she visits them

Eli was wonderful with our dogs! Even our “afraid of everything” pup warmed right up to him. Thank you for keeping them entertained while we were away.

Kate did a terrific job and took excellent care of our pets. She went above and beyond what was expected and took the time to bring in a couple packages that were delivered while we were gone and vacuumed up some kitty litter spillage. We would hire her again in a heartbeat and will recommend her to family and friends.
