Loyal Loving Pet Care
I have been a member of the veterinary field for the past 15 years. I have worked in several clinic settings and have years of hands on experience. I am a certified veterinary assistant but worked most years when you didn’t need a technician license so my skill set is more geared towards that experience level, which is more advanced. I have had many animals over the years and cared for a variety of my own pets as well as other peoples pets, ranging from dogs and cats to pocket pets, avians and even some exotics and some farm animals. I have experience feeding, walking, medicating, bathing and overall general care of animals of multiple variety. I have a college background in animal science, as well as taking fear free training courses in addition to stress/behavior sensitivity training sessions with behaviorists I have met over the years. I feel pets bring so much joy and love to enrich our lives that we should try to strive to give them the same high quality love and care in return. I hold myself to a high standard of care and I aim to provide the highest quality care for any animal I meet or attend to.

Helena is a great communicator and took excellent care of our 3 animals (1 large, excitable dog; 2 cats) while we were away for several days visiting family. I really appreciated how quickly she reached out if she had any questions and how promptly she responded during our check-ins. Helena has lovely energy and we could absolutely tell the pets appreciated having such a warm and capable caregiver while we were away. It definitely helped set our minds at ease knowing our animals (especially our big, dopey, kinda high-maintenance dog) were all in such excellent hands. Thank you, Helena!!

My two cats love Helena. One is an older cat who has had some recent health issues. I feel reassured to have Helena looking after him while I’m away.
Helena was a wonderful caregiver for our two cats, Leto & Sebastian. The photos and updates she sent us were both timely as well as adorable, and I really appreciated her thorough communication and obvious consideration for our animals. Would definitely recommend her as a reliable, positive, and communicative sitter for other’s pet friends as well!

Schedule
Walking dogs and caring for pets with home visits is currently all I do for employment so I have open availability during my days and evenings.
