About: I have been the proud dog dad of Franklin, a rescue 15 year old terrier mix who suffers from separation anxiety, for over 10 years. More recently, I have cared for him through eye removal surgery as well as terminal joint and heart issues. As a result, I have experience giving oral, ocular and topical medications. I have this experience with other dogs as well, as I am always quick to volunteer for any opportunity to walk or babysit a friend or families dog - even going so far as to visit dogs rather than people at family weddings. About: I grew up with cats, dogs, turtles and fish. I would dogsit for my neighbor from a young age, this included when they got old and had special food needs and the need for frequent bathroom visits, which I also cleaned up when needed. With my own dogs, I grew up caring for them and taking them for walks throughout the day. I enjoy playing with both cats and dogs, and getting the extra exercise! I am mainly interested in providing boarding and walks. I work full-time during the week but in the evenings and on weekends, I have the ability to provide plenty of attention, frequent walks and feed on a timely basis. I have a fenced yard with space for them to roam or run, crate and toys available for your pets. Smoke free home. Safe neighborhood. Close to parks and walkable areas.

They lost their beloved dog recently, but retained lots of toys, resting areas and gates if necessary to restrict areas of the house. Potato enjoyed the family room with frequent opportunities for human contact and a direct access to a fenced outside area. We were especially pleased with the one dog policy since Potato does not like to share attention. We had plenty of updates and pictures. About: I’ve cared for dogs most of my life and truly treat them like family. I grew up in a home with four dogs, so I’m very comfortable with different personalities, sizes, and energy levels. I also adopted and lovingly cared for a difficult senior dachshund for years, which gave me valuable experience with patience, senior dog needs, routines, and extra attentiveness. Today I have a large Bernedoodle, so I’m confident handling bigger dogs as well as energetic pups who need exercise and structure. I’m active and love taking dogs on walks, runs, and outdoor time when appropriate, while also making sure they get plenty of affection, snuggles, and supervision. What sets me apart is that I’m dependable, attentive, and genuinely love dogs. I understand every dog is different, and I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I work remotely from home, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to be present throughout the day for the pets in my care. Because I’m home most of the time, dogs get plenty of attention, regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and companionship instead of being left alone for long stretches. My flexible routine also makes it easy for me to stick to your pet’s normal schedule for feeding, medications, exercise, and any special needs. I’m able to provide attentive, consistent care and make sure your pet feels comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. Safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I provide a calm, loving home environment where pets can feel relaxed and cared for. I have a friendly, social dog who enjoys having visitors and does well with other dogs, while always making sure introductions are done thoughtfully and safely. I have a yard for outdoor time, and while it is not fenced, I use a secure runner/tie-out system and close supervision so dogs can safely enjoy fresh air, potty breaks, and time outside. I also keep dogs leashed on walks and anytime they are outdoors for added safety. If your dog is crate-trained or more comfortable with their own space, I’m happy to accommodate crating and follow your normal home routine. I always aim to keep pets on their regular schedule for feeding, exercise, rest, and any medications or special instructions. I treat every pet like my own—with patience, attentiveness, and lots of love.

Jodi asked great questions that showed us that she truly loves dogs and gets their individual personality quirks. Dasher took to her quickly and enjoyed ear rubs during our meeting. We received at least one message and photo of Dasher from Jodi each day he was in her care. He clearly looked happy and comfortable, and got lap time with Jodi as well as walks and supervised yard time. We're already booked to have Jodi care for Dasher again soon. Highly recommend!
