About: Animals have been at the center of my life since childhood. I grew up on a farm, so caring for animals of all kinds is truly in my roots. I was a devoted dog mom for 13 years to my late dachshund, Boston and currently have a big, friendly rescue dog who’s been by my side for 4 years, a beautiful mix of Blue Tick Coonhound, American Foxhound, Lab, Bully, German Shepherd, and who knows what else, or as I like to call her a Supermutt 🩷 Over the years I’ve rescued dogs, cats and other animals off the streets, and I’m constantly learning everything I can about animal health, behavior, and care so that I can always be prepared for any type of pet friend that comes into my home. Friends, family, and neighbors have always turned to me when they need someone they can truly trust with their pets. I treat every animal in my care as if they were my own, with patience, attention, and genuine love. I work full time during the week and am available to take in pets from Friday through Sunday, giving your fur baby a full weekend of dedicated love and attention. I’m present and engaged during my time at home, so your pet won’t just be waiting around they’ll be played with, walked, and genuinely cared for. Your pet’s safety is always my top priority. I have a partially fenced yard and a secure ground-anchored long lead for supervised outdoor time, so dogs can enjoy fresh air safely. I also live right next to a large park with trails, making it easy to get in enriching walks and outdoor adventures. My own dog Khaleesi is friendly and social with other dogs, so boarded pets will have a welcoming companion. I treat every animal in my care with the same love and attention I give my own, your pet will feel right at home.

“Karen and family were awesome with Alibi, our 15 months old Australian Shepherd. Lots of personal attention, and a great large fenced yard for the dogs to chase each other around. Karen’s whole family welcomed Alibi into their home and she really connected with their dog Lily. All in all, the stay was great and we will certainly be using Karen’s services again!”

About: I’ve had cats and dogs my entire life and genuinely love being around animals. I currently have two golden retrievers and a cat of my own, so I’m very comfortable caring for pets with different personalities and needs. I have experience watching both dogs and cats for others and always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. I treat every pet like family — honestly, I like animals more than humans. I work full time, but I’m only a couple minutes from home and have a flexible schedule. I’m able to come home during the day when needed and can also work remotely at times, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, potty breaks, walks, and companionship throughout the day. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. We have a fully fenced-in yard for safe outdoor play and two friendly dogs to help keep your fur baby company if they enjoy socializing. I can easily crate your dog if needed and am comfortable caring for animals of all breeds and sizes. Pets are welcome on the furniture and bed because we believe they deserve to feel at home and loved while you’re away. My husband and I both have so much love to give, and we’re always happy to provide cuddles, attention, and companionship if your pet enjoys affection.

About: I’m such a animal lover as I have animals myself! I enjoy spending time with my dog outside on walks and hikes and bringing her out to run around the yard! Most of my time spent is caring for animals as I help others out with their pets as well! I’m currently in school but I have a very open schedule! On weekends I’m available all day, and throughout the week I’m available early morning and late afternoon. I love spending time with my dog as well as meeting other animals and spending time with them as well. I will bring the animals on walks or even just to play around in the yard if asked for! I usually like to follow with what the owner asks of me for their animals walk.

I realize that every client is different, so I'll work with you to ensure that you and your pet's needs are met. I'm available for overnight pet sitting during the weekdays and weekends. At this time, I am pretty flexible timewise for drop-in pet care and/or dog walking services. Happy to take care of animals at the client's home and/or go for local walks. I do not pet sit at my home. I have a car and might be open to bringing dogs on hikes.

About: I’m a CTRS and I have trained my dogs one of which is a a therapy dog that at times I will take to work. I normally do at least 15 minutes of training with my pups! I’m off Sunday Monday and Tuesday fully, and my partner is off Saturday. My day starts off walking my dogs then letting them outside to play. Your dog would be apart of that. I have a fenced backyard and a bunch of toys. The day starts off going for a walk around the block then I let the dogs run outside in the back. After that they come inside to relax and eat breakfast. I let them play in the house and sometimes chill out with their bone always supervised. 😊

About: I have been the proud dog dad of Franklin, a rescue 15 year old terrier mix who suffers from separation anxiety, for over 10 years. More recently, I have cared for him through eye removal surgery as well as terminal joint and heart issues. As a result, I have experience giving oral, ocular and topical medications. I have this experience with other dogs as well, as I am always quick to volunteer for any opportunity to walk or babysit a friend or families dog - even going so far as to visit dogs rather than people at family weddings.
