About: Honest, Experienced, Reliable pet sitting and care. We take great pride in forming a bond with each pet we take care of. This is something that we love doing and will love yours like our own. As an added bonus you should get a few great photos of your favorite creature! We have taken care of Dogs, Cats, Parrots, Turtles, Fish, Chickens, Ducks, Goats, Pigs, Horses, worms, snails, etc. If you have some fun and interesting animals we would love to come, meet you and them, and take care of them while you are out of town, or just at work! We welcome pets that love to snuggle in bed, elderly pets, as well as difficult and anxious pets. Sometimes our posted rates don’t meet your special needs pets, and appreciate your patience in the negotiation process. You will get the best available and individualized care of your pets in our home, or yours. Daily updates along with photos and videos of your pet, and have the peace of mind they are being loved and cared for just like you would at your own home. We welcome training opportunities, and can continue treat and/or clicker training and potty training as well. My husband worked at a local Donkey rescue and I have been rescuing Strays since 1985. We both just love and care for animals. The nitty gritty details: We only watch pets from 1 family at a time. This lessens the stress on them, and us, and allows us to give them the BEST care possible. This also costs a bit more. Our time is valuable, as we know yours does as well. While we are capable of hosting multiple pets, we choose to focus our time and care on your families pets 1 at a time. We do require a meet and greet, and sometimes a “trial run” for certain breeds, elderly pets, or pets we will be watching for over 2 days. In most circumstances this is NOT required, but we do want to meet those who are known to have separation anxiety, barking issues, food aggression or aggression in general, have high energy needs, special diets and medications and any pet that doesn’t do well with strangers. Day care pets during the week do need to be fairly well mannered, and not have barking and/or major anxiety issues. Drop off before 8:00am and Pick-Ups after 8:00pm will be charged an additional $10 per hour. Pets not picked up within 15 minutes of the scheduled pick up window will be charged an additional $20/hr. I currently work full time remote, so will have plenty of time to play and care for your pets! We have a regular schedule of play time, including walking or outdoor time every 2-4 hours for 15-30 minutes. We have a fully fenced backyard, and ALWAYS leash ALL pets when outside our yard. We have had several “runners”, corgis and cats that want to bolt for the first sign of freedom… or squirrels/birds etc. We take great caution to make sure your pet is safe at ALL times.

About: I've had animals my whole life. I have house sat my friends and family's pets for years while they go on vacation. In my spare time I work with the animals at the Animal Refuge League both dogs and cats. They have provided different types of training for both cat and canine care. I work from home so I am able to house sit and still continue working. This allows me to be with youe pets as often as possible during your time away. I do not care for pets in my home since I have a cat and a dog myself. (They get watched by my roommate while I'm away)

About: I have a deep affection for dogs from all walks of life, old, young, special needs you name it! I have been lucky to get to have 10 years of experience with many large breed high energy dogs. Whether your dog loves to snooze on the couch or play for hours on end, I will be there for their every need and wish! I currently work 4x10 hour days, and am fully available Thursdays, Saturday and Sundays. Schedule may be flexible for different days depending on the circumstance. I am usually available for last minute care requests as well! It's my primary goal to make sure your fur baby first and foremost feels safe and comfortable when I care for them. It can be stressful having someone new come into your space, so allowing time for slow introduction and bonding are very important. I want to be able to build trust and a loving bond with your pet, so both you and them know they're getting top quality care, love and affection from their new human friend.

About: I will love your pets as if they are my own! I also am comfortable with reptile and small animal care. Having a dog of my own i know all the best adventure spots surrounding Sanford. I will work hard to make sure you and your pet are comfortable with me. I am happy to do meet and greets to better get to know each other. I am very flexible so don't be afraid to ask anything about scheduling or special needs. I look forward to meeting you and your best friend! I am currently available during the week for check-ins and walks. I will consider home stays depending on the circumstances. I do have flexibility around my full-time commitments. About: I have been assisting my Girlfriend with many of her clients when she can't take them.I am very attentive and enjoy playing with them. I will treat every animal if it were my own. I also continue my education on dog care so to provide the best experience for your dog. To add..I am also experienced with cats as well. Being older(61) I feel I am a responsible person that would make sure all my clients and their pets needs are met. I also respond to phone messages and emails promply to make sure you concerns are addressed as soon as possible. I am currently working full time but.I adjust my schedule to fit the needs of your pet. I can give potty breaks as much as needed as my girlfriend who has been dog sitting for a few years can also assist in that. I am very attentive to your pet. Love playing with and walking them as well as just chilling on the couch with them. I am also very attentive to their feeding needs and will follow strict instructions of owner.

About: Who's a good dog? All of them. My step-dog is the love of my life, and I'm known as someone who talks to animals more than humans at a party. I've sat for a variety of dogs. I have additional experience with: Cats, fish, rodents, horses, chickens, other birds, reptiles, and more. As a former field biologist, I handled a wide variety of animals and completed Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) training. I'm open to caring for almost any critter. Send me a message so we can discuss what your critter needs. I'm currently booked for home sitting and have other employment obligations through August. My schedule opens up in the fall, and I'll update my availability and radius then. Now through early September, I'm only available for walks and check-ins within 10 miles of Alfred. About: The importance of your pet and their health are very important to me. As a dog owner I am educated and have personal experience with pets. My whole life I have always had a furry friend with me and could not imagine living without one. I am very patient and understanding of shy pets. My dog, Ruby, is a rescue from Georgia who was abused. When we first got her she was very timid and would get startled by any noise around her. Now that we have had her for 2 years she is like a whole different dog. With lots of love she has finally gotten to a point of safety and happiness to enjoy her environment without worry anymore. Hopefully my story helps with your decision!

About: My family has owned dogs my whole life, and I got my own puppy last summer! I have firsthand experience caring for dogs. I will take your dog out for walks, runs, and play with them. Knowing their favorite activities will help me to make sure they have the best time when I'm able to be with them! I am full of energy and love to share that with dogs. I have experience around Guiding Eyes dogs in training at college, and have learned some basic training skills with my own puppy as well. About: I have a beautiful cat named Lila now and two guinea pigs. I have a lot of experience with pets and love animals. I have pet sat for friends and family. I have been around animals for as long as I can remember. I do enjoy taking photos, so I will send lots of pictures of your fury friend while you’re away. I’m available and can work pet care around my daily and weekly schedule. I’m in between jobs right now so I have a lot of flexibility. I will make sure to watch the animal as if it's my own. I know how important your pet is to you. I will follow any rules given to me regarding your pet.
