About: I've lived with animals my whole life. Growing up, I lived with many cats, dogs, rabbits, and two amazon parrots. I have volunteered at shelters and worked at a pet grooming service in my teens. Currently, I live with four cats, one gecko, and many different pet insects and arachnids. At the moment, I'm sitting a dog and a four year old child for a neighbor every Monday, as well as semi-regularly watching a pair of senior dogs and four adult cats for a different couple. I would love an opportunity to care for peoples exotic pets because as someone with exotic pets of my own, I know it can be very difficult to find knowledgeable and trustworthy sitters to care for them if I'm gone. Of course, I'm also happy to meet and care for fuzzy friends too! If you have any questions, please just shoot me a message. When I'm not sitting I make my own hours for work, so my schedule is very flexible. This excludes Mondays when I sit for my neighbor. Because I already live with several pets, I usually care for pets in their owners' homes, but I do make exceptions for well-behaved pets that get along with cats. I have a large (unfenced) yard and a car fit for multiple dogs to get them there or to any destination if the situation calls for it. As a precaution, I will always require that the owner be present with me for the introduction, and I would ask that they allow me to accompany them on a short walk or be present during a feeding so that we can build trust before the owner leaves. Every pet has a different personality and set of needs and I pride myself on my ability to understand animal body language well enough to know what they need and want. Care and interaction vary case by case, but my main goal is to keep all the animals in my care safe and happy.

On the day of the first walk, she arrived timely, was patient and kind with him, and sent pictures along the way! Bri loves her clients as much as their own people do and that’s SO important. I had a lot of anxiety leaving my dog alone all day for the first time and Bri made all the feelings quickly subside and now I know for sure that my dog actually doesn’t mind being home alone and he isn’t scared or sad, and he isn’t scared of kind strangers! Big day for my boy!”

About: Every dog has their own unique personality. I take great joy in getting to know every dog I meet and spend time with. They are not just pets they are our companions our best friends, our family. I have two dogs of my own so I understand how hard it can be to leave them and know that they will be well cared for. I look forward to helping to ease some of the stress involved with that. I have many years experience with special needs dogs, cats and horses. I would love to care for your pet in anyway I can. About: I have cared for a wide array of animals. Cats, dogs, fish, chickens, horses, even a cow or two. I currently have one cat, and 5 fish that both get along well surprisingly. Granted I do not allow the cat enough one on one time to try anything. I can provide mid day breaks to your animal during my breaks during the work week. I can board anytime during the week and weekends. I have a large 2 bedroom apartment for direct care for your animal. I own the building so the would have access to common areas as well as the large yard. I live a block away from a Dog park and can take your animal for more of a work out. My house hold consists of myself, my wife, and our cat Stella. She is very mellow and keeps to herself. If need be she can be kept in a separate area while your pet is being boarded. My wife and I are young professionals. She works for a local Hospital as a Physician and I am early retired from security services.
