Our dog Sadie is a bit unpredictable in her old age, but Elle never missed a beat. Elle stayed in close contact with us about how Sadie was doing and followed our instructions. She was consistently positive and patient, which really stood out, even when Sadie was a bit more work than we expected. Sadie came home happy and her usual self, which we really appreciated. Ingrid and her family are great host. They hosted Max for almost 2 weeks. They have Max lots of attention and love. She sent multiple pictures and videos every day while we were away.
