This is the 3rd time JJ is staying with Aritra who is as caring and loving as always. He sent photos and videos everyday and let us know when JJ wasn’t eating and we figured out a plan right away. JJ met new friends and this was the first time she interacted and played with another dog. This was when I could tell that JJ was happy and feeling very comfortable with Aritra. Jacind was great with Milo! I needed someone to keep him overnight while I was busy with my daughter’s Sweet Sixteen, and she made everything so easy for me. She was very communicative, sent me pictures and updates throughout the night, and Milo seemed to warm up to her really quickly. I also really appreciated that she was able to pick Milo up from the venue and drop him back off the next morning. With everything I had going on that weekend, that was a huge help. I felt comfortable knowing Milo was in good hands, and I would definitely book with Jacind again!
Our dog Sadie is a bit unpredictable in her old age, but Elle never missed a beat. Elle stayed in close contact with us about how Sadie was doing and followed our instructions. She was consistently positive and patient, which really stood out, even when Sadie was a bit more work than we expected. Sadie came home happy and her usual self, which we really appreciated. We would absolutely recommend Elle for boarding and dogsitting.
Ingrid and her family are great host. They hosted Max for almost 2 weeks. They have Max lots of attention and love. She sent multiple pictures and videos every day while we were away. She communicates very well and quickly. Will continue to use Ingrid for upcoming trips and maybe check ins from time to time.
10/10 doesn’t even feel like enough! She is literally the BEST dog sitter ever. You can genuinely tell how much she cares about my dog and goes above and beyond every single time. Grace is a thoughtful sitter. I felt safe to have left my fur buddy with her for a longer stay. During that stay my pet got sick and Grace was fully involved and did everything necessary to get the care it needed. She was also proactively communicating thought the emergency.
