“We had a wonderful experience boarding our 8-year-old Greyhound (Annie) with Tyler! After reaching out, we set up a meet and greet where Tyler showed us around and made us and Annie comfortable with the environment. When we came to drop Annie off, Tyler came out to greet us and even helped carry some items inside! During the stay, Tyler sent photos to us every two hours! On top of that, Tyler took Annie on at least four to five walks a day (many more than she gets at home!) Tyler was attentive to our concerns and shared updates that were important to us. Namely, Tyler let us know when Annie finally began eating her (she's a picky east, especially when she's not at home). When we came to pick Annie up, Tyler was just as helpful as when we dropped her off. He brought all the items out to our car, which was a great help after a long and tiring weekend for us. My experience with Aritra was GREAT! He’s very professional and gathers all the info to care for your pup as if they are his own. He goes the extra mile with a meet-n-greet with his current dogs he is boarding to ensure all the dogs are comfortable and introduces your dog to the space before taking them in. He has a great dog run that is huge for a city setting and it is well taken care of and has all the play essentials. His boarding area is also very clean and maintained very well. I only had to bring my pup and her daily essentials. He takes great pride in his business and I would recommend everyone to check him out! Ruth-Ann and Brandon are incredible, they took such great care of my boy, he was actually a little bit sad about leaving. They sent pictures and videos of him, so I could see how happy he was. Jacind was great with Milo! I needed someone to keep him overnight while I was busy with my daughter’s Sweet Sixteen, and she made everything so easy for me. She was very communicative, sent me pictures and updates throughout the night, and Milo seemed to warm up to her really quickly. I also really appreciated that she was able to pick Milo up from the venue and drop him back off the next morning. With everything I had going on that weekend, that was a huge help. I felt comfortable knowing Milo was in good hands, and I would definitely book with Jacind again!
Our dog Sadie is a bit unpredictable in her old age, but Elle never missed a beat. Elle stayed in close contact with us about how Sadie was doing and followed our instructions. She was consistently positive and patient, which really stood out, even when Sadie was a bit more work than we expected. Sadie came home happy and her usual self, which we really appreciated. Ingrid and her family are great host. They hosted Max for almost 2 weeks. They have Max lots of attention and love. She sent multiple pictures and videos every day while we were away. Dayan is amazing she took care of my dog like it was hers pet every day I texts and updates of how my babe (dog) was doing and my dog is a rescue dog and he’s now a senior dog she took great care with him to the point where I felt comfortable while on vacation.
