I was so nervous to leave Sadie for a week as it was my first time doing this. But Grace made me feel comfortable from the first moment we met. She sent updates all week and videos of Sadie playing. “Andrew is AMAZING! We left our pup with him for 6 days over Thanksgiving. He was so flexible and understanding with the drop off times & even when we forgot to bring items it was easy for us to find a time to drop the items off after initial drop off. We got updates with pictures everyday and even some videos. He followed our directions perfectly since our dog has a raw food diet and takes multiple medications with specific instructions. He even included our dog at his family Thanksgiving gathering which made our family so happy to know that she wasn’t alone on Thanksgiving. He even went above and beyond and gave our dog a bath after she was out all day on Thanksgiving so she’d be fresh for our pickup the next day and he even had her raw food ready for us to give our pup for dinner the day we picked her up so we didn’t have to worry about thawing her food in time for dinner! Our dog also got along so well with Andrew’s dog, so glad our dog had a friend to socialize with. Excellent service! Already booking him for our next trip!”

“I would like to start by saying, in general I am a skeptical person who does not trust people with my dog because like others, my dog is my child. With that being said, I needed a dog sitter short notice while I went on a family vacation to Africa and prior arrangements fell through. Hesitant, I knew that a sitter would be best for me because I didn’t like the idea of boarding him at a facility. My dog weighs 4 lbs and is still a puppy, he seeks love and companionship. While scrolling through Rover I found Diane and I am happy I did. She was amazing in every aspect. She kept me posted about my dog with text, videos, and pictures several times throughout the day. She gave him sooooo much love and affection, responded fast and answered any questions I might have. She was very accommodating to me and Kobe. She treated him like he was her dog. I had to change/extend my pickup and Julia accommodated and even offered and provided dinner for Lexi as I had not planned for it. She is very kind and careful with Lexi which I really appreciate.”

Because it was our first time leaving Sophie with someone who wasn’t a family member or friend, we were a bit apprehensive. She accommodated our requests and she was great at sending wonderful pictures of Sophie and letting us know how she was doing.
