My love for dogs from many years still continues. My dog Molly is almost 8 & she is the love of our household. I started the love of dogs at a young age with my dog Lassie, then my family had Siber, a white Samoyed. We adopted a mix Doberman/German Sheppard. Then a female Maltese Chardonnay. My wife & daughter now are sharing my love as first time dog owners with Molly. We adopted her from North Shore Animal league. Any dog I would take care of, I would show compassion & care. I am retired from full time work today , I am available when you need me , message me! I am fully free on weekends as well so any time is fine! I was active in 2018 but now after 5 yrs , I am active walking dogs again . I am available for dog walking or sitting 7 days a week . When going on walks I can put on booties/sweater/jacket and harness if needed and then I would take them on a nice walk to help them get exercise, energy out and do all their business. I am very cautious to make sure they are safe and not eating anything random of the street or steping in harmful things.

I was away, but my mother was here to stay with kennedy, and according to her experience, she said she came on time and really did take care of the dog during his walks. He would be very excited when he saw her through the window and ready to start his walk with her. And when he came back, he was tired a lot more calm than he’s been especially for being six months it was really impressive. She’s definitely someone I’m gonna reconsider hiring again if I need her for this type of situation. I grew up with pets and now have a dog of my own who is my pride and joy! l I work full time from 9-5, M/W/Th/Fr. I work from home on Tuesdays so have some afternoon flexibility. I value open and honest communication so please feel free to let me know any details that would make your pet's experience better! I work from 9-5 on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. I'm happy to follow any direction that will help to make your pets experience easier, and their safety is my number one priority! I also value communication and with provide updates during my time with your pet if desired.

About: I am a certified canine coach for a local dog daycare company, with expert experience in play management, basic training, and of course, showering all pups with love. I recently graduated with a degree in Wildlife Biology, giving me a solid understanding of animal behavior, dog breeds and temperaments, and basic mammal morphology. I absolutely adore dogs of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments, from 5 lb yorkies to 150 lb mutts! I have experience with all age ranges, having raised my childhood beagle from 4 months to senior years, along with currently raising a 3 year old golden cavalier. I am currently (as of june 2026) working part-time as a naturalist for Nassau BOCES. I often teach programs during the day but am regularly available for overnight stays and mid-day check ins. My program locations change daily but are all located within nassau county, and can be shared with you at the beginning of the month. I take great pride in providing the best care for your pup, helping them to stay on your set routines. While staying at your home, I will provide enrichment, exercise, and basic training along with tons of cuddles and love. I can crate dogs or have them cuddle up in bed with me depending on your preferences. Walks, feedings, and drop in can be scheduled at your convenience, barring my schedule for my daytime work.

About: Hi! My name is Shalini, Rover is the perfect place for an animal lover like me. I’ve always been the person who you could depend on to care for any animal. I have 3 Siberian Huskies and I’ve been caring for my oldest for 8+ years. Each of them have VERY different personalities so I have a lot of experience with pet moods. I know the feeling of leaving your fur babies alone with someone can be nerve wracking , so I will always provide updates and follow routine instructions closely while giving your pet lots of love and care :) I am reliable, easy to communicate with and will be respectful of your home and time. Playing and taking them out for potty breaks will never be a problem or hassle. My backyard is amazing for dogs to play, it is fenced and safe. My dogs are always amazing when meeting others so getting alone won’t be a problem. A crate is available if necessary and there is so much fun to have!!
