I cannot express enough how happy I am we found Phaedra! Shelby and Lucky instantly warmed up to her and we knew right away they’d be in great hands while we were away. Joanna showed INCREDIBLE patience, especially on the first day, giving D the time and space he needed to warm up. Her calm and gentle nature immediately put him at ease. She took him on daily walks and trips to the dog park and consistently sent photos and thoughtful updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. There is nothing more comforting than knowing your dog is happy, comfortable, and truly cared for, and Joanna exceeded all expectations.
