About: I've had my dog Wolverine for 8 years now since he was a puppy and I take care of him as he's family and not just a pet. With the same treatment I give my own dog, I will give to your pet as well. Having my own pet is a daily routine of taking care of him. Being walked, fed , groomed, cleaned, and making sure they have enough play and mental stimulation. I care for them as they were my own family. I would say going above and beyond but I believe that should be the norm for treating all pets.

Then I took her trick or treating at 8 years old and instead of of coming back with candy, we came back home with a pit bull puppy cause this guy had a rope around his neck trying to get rid of it. She kept me updated the whole time and spent a lot of time working with Shelby, who is afraid of everything and is very reactive on walks, and it was amazing to see the difference in her from when we left to when we got back. We came home to happy pups and a clean house. I will definitely have Phaedra watch Shelby & Lucky again!

I truly can’t put into words how grateful we are for Joanna and the care she provided for D. D is a rescue with past trauma, so he is extremely fearful and skittish at first. He’s not an easy dog. Joanna showed INCREDIBLE patience, especially on the first day, giving D the time and space he needed to warm up. Her calm and gentle nature immediately put him at ease. She took him on daily walks and trips to the dog park and consistently sent photos and thoughtful updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. There is nothing more comforting than knowing your dog is happy, comfortable, and truly cared for, and Joanna exceeded all expectations. She also took wonderful care of my apartment — I returned to a clean and tidy home. I would absolutely trust Joanna again and cannot recommend her highly enough.
